..[U]Marriage and divorce and what regard them from the laws[/U][/COLOR]


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon all the seal of the prophets the illiterate prophet and his righteous family, and the followers to the truth till the day of Judgement, after this..

Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{And marry not women whom your fathers married, except what has already passed. This surely is indecent and hateful; and it is an evil way.(22) Forbidden to you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your sisters, and your paternal aunts, and your maternal aunts, and brother’s daughters and sister’s daughters, and your mothers that have suckled you, and your foster-sisters (that suckled from your mother), and mothers of your wives, and your stepdaughters who are in your guardianship (born) of your wives to whom you have gone in — but if you have not gone in (bed) with them, there is no blame on you — and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins; and that you should have two sisters together, except what has already passed. Surely Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful,(23) And all married women except those whom your right hands possess (are forbidden); (this is) Allah’s ordinance to you. And lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you enjoyed in pleasure by (by marrying), so give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.(24)}[/COLOR] Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:22-24
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَا تَنكِحُوا مَا نَكَحَ آبَاؤُكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَمَقْتًا وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا ﴿٢٢﴾حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الْأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الْأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللَّاتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُم مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَائِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللَّاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَائِكُمُ اللَّاتِي دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُوا دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلَائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلَابِكُمْ وَأَن تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا ﴿٢٣﴾وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ۖ كِتَابَ اللَّـهِ عَلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَأُحِلَّ لَكُم مَّا وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَن تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُم مُّحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ ۚ فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً ۚ وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا تَرَاضَيْتُم بِهِ مِن بَعْدِ الْفَرِيضَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا ﴿٢٤﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء].

To the True explanatory-statement, the fact I do not say of Allah except the Truth to who wanted the Truth, and the Truth truly should be followed, and what after the Truth except falsehood.. [COLOR="#008000"]{And marry not women whom your fathers married, except what has already passed. This surely is indecent and hateful; and it is an evil way.(22)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great. In this verse Allah forbade the marriage of the son to whom she was a wife to his father whether she got divorced or that his father died off her [COLOR="#008000"]{This surely is indecent and hateful; and it is an evil way.(22)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:22
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَا تَنكِحُوا مَا نَكَحَ آبَاؤُكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَمَقْتًا وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا ﴿٢٢﴾}
{إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَمَقْتاً وَسَاء سَبِيلاً}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم.

[COLOR="#008000"]{حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الْأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الْأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللَّاتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُم مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَائِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللَّاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَائِكُمُ اللَّاتِي دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُوا دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلَائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلَابِكُمْ وَأَن تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا ﴿٢٣﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم.

[COLOR="#B22222"][U]Then Allah made lawful for you besides these from among the women providing seeking them with marriage according the law of Allah in the Book two, three and four, and if you feared that you will not do justice, then (marry only) one (at the time). So after Allah mentioned what is forbidden to you of the women then Allah made lawful for you besides that[/U][/COLOR]. Confirmation with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication.}[/COLOR], which means Allah made lawful for you besides that to seek them with your wealth in marriage according to the Islamic law, [U]not making fornication so you give them their fees in return of the enjoyment by adultery[/U]; in fact [U]Allah made lawful to you with your wealth Muhsineen by marriage as seem good to you from the free believing women up to four, and that is your limit. Except what your right hands possess[/U], confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {[COLOR="#008000"]So marry women as seem good to you, two, or three, or four; but if you fear that you will not do justice, then (marry) only one(3)}[/COLOR] Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:3. So if he married her and enjoyed (by marrying) her; he should give her ordained right, confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you enjoyed by (by marrying), so give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.} [/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:24. So if he married her and enjoyed (by marrying) her; he should give her ordained right, confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you enjoyed by (by marrying), so give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.} [/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:24
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ مَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكُمْ أَنْ تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ}
{فَانكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاء مَثْنَى وَثُلاَثَ وَرُبَاعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَاحِدَةً}
{فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً وَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا تَرَاضَيْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْفَرِيضَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:24].

And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry) and the wife wanted to give up some of her appointed right verily then it is for her husband with enjoyment and pleasure, confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:[COLOR="#008000"] {And give women their dowries as a free gift. But if they of themselves be pleased to give you a portion thereof, consume it with enjoyment and pleasure.(4)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:4.
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَآتُواْ النَّسَاء صَدُقَاتِهِنَّ نِحْلَةً فَإِن طِبْنَ لَكُمْ عَن شَيْءٍ مِّنْهُ نَفْساً فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيئاً مَّرِيئاً (4)}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء].

And if she asked the divorce while he did not gain (bed) pleasure (by marrying) her, that is to say he did not come his tilth (no copulation), so her appointed right drops as long her husband did not enjoyed by marrying her as Allah made lawful to him and she asked him the divorce and wanted separation before he enjoys marring with her, verily her her appointed right drops altogether and it should be returned to her husband, so by what right she takes it in case that she asked the divorce before her husband enters in with her? So it is obligatory returning the right of the husband to him completely in exchange of her divorce. And if her husband divorced her out of his own self before he enjoys (get his pleasure marrying) her while she did not ask the divorce from him, then it is incumbent upon him paying half of the appointed right (dowry) of the marriage, and the other half should be returned to her husband because he is who divorced her from his own self and she did not as the divorce from him, so it is incumbent upon him paying half of the fee of the marriage (dowry). Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And if you divorce them before you have touched them and you have appointed for them a portion, (pay) half of what you have appointed unless they forgo or he forgoes in whose hand is the marriage tie. And it is nearer to dutifulness that you forgo. Nor neglect the giving of free gifts between you. Surely Allah is Seer of what you do.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:237
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَإِن طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ إَلاَّ أَن يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ وَأَن تَعْفُواْ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَنسَوُاْ الْفَضْلَ بَيْنَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:237].

And the True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..unless they forgo or he forgoes in whose hand is the marriage tie..}[/COLOR]; which means unless that the wife whom her husband divorced her forgo the half that Allah ordained for her, otherwise Allah made for her the choice so if she willed to forgive her husband from her own self about the half that Allah ordained for her, or the one who is her guardian has in his hand the marriage tie, because her husband did not enter in (bed) with her and did not gain a thing of pleasure marrying with her. But Allah ordained for her that he gives her a half of the dowry that was agreed upon it before the marriage as long as the divorce came from the man and not by the woman's request, so it is incumbent upon him to give her the ordained half her agreed dowry.
[COLOR="#008000"]{إَلاَّ أَن يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ}[/COLOR]

The important is if her husband divorced her out of his own self before he gain pleasure by (marrying) her a thing, so it is incumbent upon him giving her one-half of the dowry that is agreed upon it, unless the divorced woman forgoes of it or her guardian forgoes of it who is in his hand the marriage tie, so he returns to him his right completely because he did not have pleasure with her and did not copulate with her. [U]Only Allah made it politeness for the husband and as well to limit of the enormity of divorces[/U], but Allah made for the divorced woman the choice and for her guardian ether to take the appointed one-half of the agreed dowry from before or to return it complete to who he was her husband, then Allah taught them that the nearest to dutifulness is to forgo of it; if they pleased and their reward is upon Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And it is nearer to dutifulness that you forgo. Nor neglect the giving of free gifts between you. Surely Allah is Seer of what you do.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great. [Al-Baqarah] 2:237
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَأَن تَعْفُواْ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَنسَوُاْ الْفَضْلَ بَيْنَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:237].

As for in case of the husband divorced her out of his own while the wife did not ask the divorce from him and he consummate the marriage (the marriage) with her and gained pleasure with his tilth from her, verily it is not permissible for him to take a thing of what he gave her even if gave her a heap of gold. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And if you wish to have (one) wife in the place of another and you have given one of them a heap of gold, take nothing from it. Would you take it by slandering (her) and (doing her) manifest wrong?}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:20
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَإِنْ أَرَدْتُمْ اسْتِبْدَالَ زَوْجٍ مَكَانَ زَوْجٍ وَآتَيْتُمْ إِحْدَاهُنَّ قِنطَاراً فَلا تَأْخُذُوا مِنْهُ شيئاً أَتَأْخُذُونَهُ بُهْتَاناً وَإِثْماً مُبِيناً}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:20].

As for in case the wife requested the divorce from her husband while he gained pleasure with her (consummate the marriage), so as that the one-half of appointed right (dowry) returns to her husband while the other half drops in return that he gained pleasure with her and making her sleep with him whether she is virgin or not surely his complete right (dowry) would not be returned to her husband because he gained pleasure with his tilth from her. Verily the woman is not as the man because if she was virgin she became not virgin; how his right returns fully to him even is she requested the divorce from him? Also some men are morally-mean, if he wanted to divorce his wife and he knows that if he divorced her without her asking the divorce from him that his right (dowry) will drop wholly even if it was a heap of gold, then he prevents her marital rights from her in the night and the provision in order she hates the living with her husband so she would ask the divorce from him, it is then half of the obligated (dowry) returns to him the agreed on it before the marriage, but Allah knew about this kind of men and for that forbade them to treat them with harshness so they prevent them from their rights in order they hate the company of them, then they request the divorce from their husbands, confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..Nor should you straiten them (against their will) by taking part of what you have given them,}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:19
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء:19].

[U]And her ordained right does not drop if her husband divorced her of his own self, except in one case that if his wife is guilty with manifest indecency[/U]. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:[COLOR="#008000"] {O you who believe, it is not lawful for you to take women as heritage against (their) will. Nor should you straiten them by taking part of what you have given them, [U]unless they are guilty of manifest indecency[/U].}[/COLOR] Truthful Allah the Great 4:19
[COLOR="#008000"]{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:19].

Thus, O community of the believers, [U]Allah has prohibited you that a man to marry a woman does not want the marriage with him, so he marries her (while she is) reluctant[/U], and he knows that she does not want him, surely that is forbidden for you in Allah’s Book to do it. And whoever does that he just wronged himself. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{O you who believe, [U]it is not lawful for you to take women as heritage against (their) will[/U]. Nor should you straiten them (against their will) by taking part of what you have given them, unless they are guilty of manifest indecency. And treat them kindly. Then if you hate them, it may be that you dislike a thing while Allah has placed abundant good in it.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:19
[COLOR="#008000"]{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ فَإِنْ كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شيئاً وَيَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْرًا} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء:19].

And the True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{O you who believe, it is not lawful for you to take women as heritage against (their) will}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, and Allah means in His word:[COLOR="#008000"]{to take women as heritage against (their) will}[/COLOR]; which means that he gets married with her forcefully against her will while she does not want him. [U]And that because the husband inherits from his wife consequently if he married her then she died, so he inherits from her[/U], it means the marriage because some girls their fathers die so their uncle — the brothers of their fathers — takes guardianship of their affairs, then he marries the daughter of his brother to his son even if she did not desire him in order for the inheritance does not go to another man! verily Allah commanded you to not marry the women forcibly against their will while she does not want the marriage who proposed to her then he marries her against her will whether he entice her father with money or by compelling her and her guardian so he force them to make for him the marriage tie with her while he knows that she does not want him, so that is not allowed by law.
And as that the important is the True fatwa, that it is not allowed giving the women into marriage forcibly against her will while she does not want the man. If he did he just incurred a great oppression against the woman. verily the marriage is not car commerce but the marriage of two souls meeting. So if they were repelled then the woman lives miserable with a husband does not love so she is exposed to sedition and indecency and she may disgrace her father or bring for her husband children not from his offspring. So be warned to not forcing your females on unchaste when they desire chastity, and make her marry who she loves even if he was in your eyes poor and despised, so the living for her with a man she loves in a shed is better and more enjoyable to her than to live with a man does not love him in a fancy castle, so she would be exposed to commit an indecency. The important that it is forbidden for you that you to give the girl in marriage to the man she hates him.
[COLOR="#008000"]{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا}
{أَنْ تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا}

As for if the man he is the one who hates her, surely if the man hated her and wanted to divorce her; so some of them straitens her (against her will) then he prevents her rights in order she asks the divorce from him so her half of her right drops. As well that is not permissible if he hated her and wanted to divorce her despite she is a religious woman and upright — it is just he hated her despite that she is religious, and perhaps the reason of his hate to her because he loved another woman more beautiful than her and wanted to marry, and for that he wanted to divorce his first wife despite he knows that she is religious, and perhaps he has children from her but does not love her any longer because of his temptation by loving other and he hated his wife for the reason of his temptation of loving another woman, and wanted to divorce his wife so let him know that he hated a thing has lots of good and in her offspring many benefits. So gain with the religious one consequently your hands reap good.

As for the woman which he thought that he loved her, and hated his first wife, surely she was not a religious woman and even if she was religious she would not have let him divorce his first wife and would have said: How do you divorce a wife without a sin for her and she did not ask the divorce from you? Verily this is not permissible for you in front of your lord and He just allowed for you four women, and only He asked you to do justice among them with Truth, and if you fear that you can not do justice; it is then one (wife), and your first wife is the more rightful to you and she is the mother of your children”. Surely that (second wife), as well there is good in her and in her offspring, so if he married her after his first wife, so that is light upon light and both of them their offspring are righteous, not and never satan shares with them in their offspring ever. But if he divorced the first (wife) despite that she is religious and he followed the desire of a woman — that he loved — to take her place so let him know that there is no good in her and the good is in the first wife that he hated her because of the temptation by whom he wants to marry her, so let him know that the good is in the woman whom he hated her with no doubt nor suspicion, confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{O you who believe, it is not lawful for you to take women as heritage against (their) will. Nor should you straiten them by taking part of what you have given them, unless they are guilty of manifest indecency. And treat them kindly. Then if you hate them, it may be that you dislike a thing while Allah has placed abundant good in it.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:19. And that is because he did not straiten her (against her will) only in order (she) asks the divorce from him because he loved another and wanted to trade her (with the other).
[COLOR="#008000"]{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ فَإِنْ كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شيئاً وَيَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْرًا} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء:19]

Thus for those whom they marry more than one then they do not do justice, surely give them the news of poverty because there is no justice among his wives, surely the prayer of the oppressed (one) is answered (by Allah), so when she see him being generous with his other wife while he deprives her, then she prays against him that Allah make his wealth to be gone and to make him despised and poor, surely Allah deprives him the sustenance as he deprived her what he gives it to his other wife, and the promise of poverty to those who do not do justice, it is confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{marry such women as seem good to you, two, or three, or four; but if you fear that you will not do justice, then (marry) only one or that which your right hands possess. This is nearer that you may not wail.} [/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:3
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَانْكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَى وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلَّا تَعُولُوا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:3].

[U]And that is the promise of poverty to whom he married more than a wife and did not do justice[/U]. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:[COLOR="#008000"] {but if you fear that you will not do justice, then (marry) only one or that which your right hands possess. This is nearer that you may not wail.}[/COLOR] Truthful Allah the Great. And the meaning of His word the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{This is nearer, that you may not wail.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great. That is to say, nearer to the dutifulness so you do not get poor because of the injustice among your women and would never happens unless his oppressed wife earnestly pray against him. But if she did not pray to Allah against him and did not forgive him then he will meet his punishment after his death, and on the day of Judgement would be returned to humiliating chastisement because of the injustice and he disobeyed the commandment of his Lord Who warned him, if he fear injustice then (only) one is enough for him. And some of whom they do not know, they interprets the words of Allah as satan dictates it to them so he say to him: “No blame against you if you do not do justice because you can not, did not Allah the Most High say:{[COLOR="#008000"]And you cannot do justice between wives}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:129”
[COLOR="#008000"]{فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلَّا تَعُولُوا}
{ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلَّا تَعُولُوا}
{وَلَن تَسْتَطِيعُوۤاْ أَن تَعْدِلُواْ بَيْنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:129]

Then the husband continues in wronging his other wife and he thinks this is a decision from Allah that he will never be able to do justice even if he was covet so keep your duty to Allah, [U]in fact He talks about the love and Allah did not make for a man two hearts inside him[/U], and this goes back to the method of the wife and her art in marriage and her utmost wisdom, so she does not harm him when she is in seclusion with him but he finds her a pleasing heaven, compassionate and do well in her treatment like hugging that she is not stiff, also does not spoil the mood of her husband before he mates with her if she had a request from him or other than that, so the wise one do not speak to her husband asking any thing that spoils his mood except after entertain him and makes him comfortable so she makes him smile, because if he get angry he get turned off so he would not want to sleep with her and nor being playful to her, verily the wise (wife) who postpone anything she wants to say it to her husband especially if she fears to spoil his mood, so she does not say it to him until after she makes him happy and comforts his soul and win his heart, that is a wise woman wins her husband's heart over all his other wives altogether.

And the husband can never do justice with love but Allah made among you a compassion and mercy, and that so if one of them won with the compassion which it is love then the other wins with the mercy, and the mercy encompass all his other wives all together, and the mercy is a second degree after love, but in love; one can never love except one, and never can do justice with love in his heart so he divides it between two (wives) ever, and that is the intended in the word of Allah the Most High: {And you cannot do justice between wives, even if you were covet,}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:129. verily it is not permissible for him to incline all the way, if he was loving one of them he still can do justice among them in the provision measures and at night, so he does not come to who he is loving her more than his other wife then he would wrong himself.
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَلَن تَسْتَطِيعُوۤاْ أَن تَعْدِلُواْ بَيْنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُم}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:129]

And that what I devised it in the law of marriage in the upright Islamic religion. [COLOR="#B22222"][U]And I call on Allah to bear witness that I did not find in the Book of Allah the temporary marriage for pleasure ever and I disbelieve in the temporary marriage for pleasure, and that came from the law of satan and not a thing from the law of the All Merciful[/U][/COLOR], and what lead you astray from the Truth is because you followed the command of satan so you said against Allah what you do not know with your conjecture that the meaning of the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you enjoyed in pleasure by (by marrying), so give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.(24)} [/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:24
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ مَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكُمْ أَنْ تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً وَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا تَرَاضَيْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْفَرِيضَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء:24].

And Oh for your shameful-embarrassment from Allah! O community of Shiites, how can you think that this verse Allah made therein lawful to you the temporary pleasure marriage? You just forged against Allah what Allah did not reveal with it of authority. Thus you —O community of Sunnis and Al-Jamaah — you forged against Allah by your words that the temporary pleasure marriage was lawful previously then Allah forbade it! Don't you guard against evil? In fact Allah did not send down of authority with it in all the Books of the messengers from the first one of them to the seal of them the trusted illiterate prophet Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family.

O nation of Islam, surely the evidence about the temporary marriage of pleasure is the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you enjoyed in pleasure by (by marrying), so give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.(24)} [/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:24. Oh glory be to Allah! How can you alter the words from its intended places by following the commandment of satan who commanded you to say against Allah what you do not know? And here we have explained this verse in the Book in details despite it is decisive, so after Allah mentioned to you all the forbidden to you among the women and after Allah completed for you the mention of the forbidden women in marrying them from among the Maharim and other than them, then Allah made lawful for you what is besides that in marriage according to the known Islamic law and satan deceived you in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you enjoyed in pleasure by (by marrying), so give them their dowries as appointed.}[/COLOR]. Allah’s curse upon you, verily you made the name of marriage is (al-motaah) pleasure, surely you altered the words of Allah from its places, but I explained to you the intended that [U]He means if the woman asked the divorce and her husband did not gain pleasure in what Allah made lawful for him with the Truth so there is no dowry for her so she would ransom herself by returning his right fully complete[/U]. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:[COLOR="#008000"] {Then if you fear that they cannot keep within the limits of Allah, there is no blame on them for what she gives up to become free thereby.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:229; it is that she returns to him his right, as for if he gained pleasure from her, then she asked for the divorce from him, so half of his right to be returned to him, and as for if he gained pleasure from her and then he divorced her from his own self to exchange a wife other than her then it is not allowed for him to take a thing from her right that he gave her even it was a qintar of gold. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you enjoyed in pleasure by (by marrying), so give them their dowries as appointed.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great.
In the meaning of that he should give her dowry fully to her, and not to take from it a thing even if he gave her a heap of gold equivalent to a kilogram of gold. and the kintar equals a kilogram of gold so he is not allowed to take a thing from it for it is the dowry from her husband. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And if you wish to have (one) wife in the place of another and you have given one of them a qintar of gold, take nothing from it. Would you take it by slandering (her) and (doing her) manifest wrong?}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:20
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ مَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكُمْ أَنْ تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً وَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا تَرَاضَيْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْفَرِيضَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا}
{فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ}
{فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهِ}
{فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ}
{وَإِنْ أَرَدْتُمْ اسْتِبْدَالَ زَوْجٍ مَكَانَ زَوْجٍ وَآتَيْتُمْ إِحْدَاهُنَّ قِنطَاراً فَلا تَأْخُذُوا مِنْهُ شيئاً أَتَأْخُذُونَهُ بُهْتَاناً وَإِثْماً مُبِيناً} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم.

Therefore, [U]the enjoyment (gaining pleasure) is going in with his wife (in bed)[/U] but you made the pleasure is being the marriage then you made for it the name of (mutaah) the (temporary) marriage of pleasure, so who would protect from Allah — O community of whom forge against Allah what He did not allow?
And what is the difference then between the forged temporary marriage of pleasure and the indecency, so one commits adultery with her then he gives her fees in return then she leaves? And I do not make the people of Sunni sinless because they said that (mutaah) the temporary pleasure marriage was allowed before at the time of the messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- then it became forbidden. And I call on Allah to witness, and those whom they fear Allah from this nation to witness that those whom they say against Allah what they do not know are indeed the lairs; Sunnis and Shiites. [COLOR="#B22222"][U]And now we come to the laws of divorce in the Book.[/U][/COLOR]

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to the Lord of the worlds.
Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed period, and calculate the period; and keep your duty to Allah, your Lord. Turn them not out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul. You do not know that Allah may after that bring about an event.(1) So when they have reached their prescribed time, retain them with kindness or dismiss them with kindness, and call to witness two just ones from among you, and give upright testimony for Allah. With that is admonished he who believes in Allah and the Latter Day. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He ordains a way out for him,(2) And gives him sustenance from whence he imagines not. And whoever trusts in Allah, He is sufficient for him. Surely Allah attains His purpose. Allah indeed has appointed a measure for everything.(3) And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and of those, too, who have not had their courses. And the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He makes his affair easy for him.(4) That is the command of Allah, which He has revealed to you. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He will remove from him his evils and give him a big reward.(5)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talãq] 65:1-5
[COLOR="#008000"] {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ ۖوَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ رَبَّكُمْ ۖ لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّـهِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّـهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ ۚ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّـهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا ﴿١﴾فَإِذَا بَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَأَشْهِدُوا ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلَّـهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَن كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّـهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّـهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا ﴿٢﴾وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّـهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ ۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّـهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا﴿٣﴾وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ ۚ وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَن يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّـهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا ﴿٤﴾ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرُ اللَّـهِ أَنزَلَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّـهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُ أَجْرًا ﴿٥﴾} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق].

And to the True explanatory-statement, Truly I do not say of Allah except the Truth. O community of Muslims Allah has commanded you if you divorced the women that the law [U]do not support in applying the divorce with the separation unless after the term of divorce is passed [/U]and it is three months for the divorced females that are not pregnant and other than these whom Allah made their husbands die, and the divorced (woman) will not cease from her husband's head even if he divorced her a thousand times, and applying it is not accomplished except with the separation, and applying the separation is not complete until after the term is passed which is three months. And lawful for her to remain in her husband's home until the term is passed to apply the divorce with separation. [U]In the meaning of; that she does not cease of being his wife until the term is passed and the term's period is; [three months for the menstruating that are not pregnant, and she does not seas of being lawful to him, so if the two who is married agreed and backed away from the divorce before the term is passed so it is not considered a divorce a thing as long it did not come to its term which is three months of the divorced, and four months and ten days for the ones whom Allah caused their husbands to die. And the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden (after giving birth)].[/U]

And it is lawful for the divorced (women) to stay in their husband's homes so they are still lawful for them if they wanted to the agreement by backing off the divorce then the hugging as long the known term of the divorce did not come to its end for each one of them, and it is not allowed driving her out of her husband’s house before the term of divorce ends and not permissible for her to leave; in fact the staying in her house until comes the known term of divorce. verily she is still in her husband’s marriage tie until the term is passed and not allowed to make her leave from her husband's home forcibly against her will before coming the end term of the divorce unless if she commits a manifest indecency. So keep your duty to Allah — O community of the oppressors to the sisters of the Imam Mahdi in the religion of Allah — the Muslim believing women — so do not oppress them then force them to leave from their husband's homes as soon as of divorcing them. And not allowed for the females to leave their families' home before the term is passed, so you overpass the limits of Allah and who trespass the boundaries of Allah (he or she) just wronged themselves. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
[COLOR="#008000"]{O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed period, and calculate the period; and keep your duty to Allah, your Lord. Turn them not out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul. You do not know that Allah may after that bring about an event.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talãq] 65:1
[COLOR="#008000"]{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَمْراً} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:1].

And the purpose of their staying in their homes perhaps her husband's anger go away and then he regrets and back off the divorce before its term is passed, so they agree then they hug then the compassion and mercy between them returns greater than before. and that is the wisdom of her staying in her husband's home so it is not allowed for her to leave from her family's home because the pride may carry them off to sin so they would not take her back to him even if they agreed on what is between them for returning to each other, for that Allah commanded you and them in staying in their homes and it is their husbands' homes. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Turn them not out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul. You do not know that Allah may after that bring about an event.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talãq] 65:1. In that the wisdom rests by keeping her (in her home), perhaps Allah brings about a situation which is the backing away from the divorce then the mutual agreement and hugging but before the known term comes to an end for applying the divorce by the separation, [U]if they agreed and hugged before the known term is passed then it does not count as a lawful divorce for ever and ever and ever unless the term is passed.[/U]
[COLOR="#008000"][COLOR="#008000"]{لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَمْراً} [/COLOR][/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم

If the term is passed which is the three months and they still did not agree and did not hug even if passed it by one day then she is not lawful for him except with new legal marriage-contract from her guardian who has in his hand the marriage contract, then this is counted one divorce [U]even if the husband said to his wife you are divorced thrice that is innovation which Allah did not send an authority with it, and it is not considered legal except the divorce term is passed while he is still persisting[/U]. Then it is applied legally with the separation unless the known term reached its time and and nothing happened before that which is the mutual agreement and the hugging, so then at the passing of the divorce term it is allowed for her to leave the house of her husband and complete the application of the divorce with the separation and it is considered a one time divorce only.

And if the the term is passed and she was sent to her family's home, then after that her husband wanted to take her back and she wanted to go back to her husband, it is not allowed for her guardian to refuse in writing the marriage contract as long she agreed to return in writing the contract with her first husband, he has the priority in her from other than him so let him do the contract with her husband in returning her to him. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And when you divorce women and they end their term, prevent them not from marrying their husbands if they agree among themselves in a lawful manner.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:232
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلاَ تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ أَن يَنكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَاضَوْاْ بَيْنَهُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:232].

And no marriage without a lawful contract from her guardian who is in his hand the the marriage tie and he is her guardian, and it is not lawful to marry her except with the permission of her guardian, and it is allowed for her guardian to conduct the marriage contract two times only as the divorce is only two times. So there is no marriage except with a contract, and the contract would not get unbind except with the end of the term period and if the period is passed and her husband wanted to take her back he (the guardian) should make a new contract for him and to return her to her husband. And if he (the husband) divorced her for the third time and the end of the divorce term came, then it passed the three months, so there she should be taken from the home of whom he was her husband then she is not lawful for him unless she marries another husband, then if they were separated her and the new husband of her's, and the term was passed and was taken out to the house of her family, so if her first husband wanted to return her she is lawful to him after she married another husband with application of legal contract from the guardian of her affairs.

And perhaps one of scholars of the nation would like to interrupt me and say: “Slow down, slowly.. Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Divorce may be (pronounced) twice; then keep (them) in good fellowship or let (them) go with kindness.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:229”. Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Al-Yemeni replies to him and I give fatwa with the Truth and say: O our Allah, yes, the marriage is twice as the divorce is twice, and before I answer with details to your question verily for the Imam Mahdi Nasser Al-Yemeni a question I want the answer for it from you O virtuous respected sheikh, so give me fatwa; if her husband divorced her for the third time is there a term period to be reckoned and to calculate the period three months or that it is lawful for you to make her marry to whom you willed before the term period is passed? And your answer is known; “O our Allah, no, until it is passed her term period for three months for the divorced females”. And then I pass to him another question, did Allah allow you to make them leave their homes before the end of their term period the three months for the divorced females? And the answer is; Allah just forbade removing her before the term period is passed the three months. So if it was the third divorce she stays in her husband's home until her term period the three months are passed, so if the three months passed which is 90 days then the sun sat on the last day of the nineteenth day and the sun disappeared behind the horizon so there it completes the separation with the third divorce, so she is not to be lawful for him ever until she marries another husband because the contract (marriage tie) is twice and not three times. Don't you see that you are wrongdoers? Keep your duty to Allah in your relatives and your women — O community of Muslims perhaps you may succeed.
[COLOR="#008000"]{الطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:229]

And there is no term period for who she married and her husband did not come to his tilth and wanted to divorce her did not touch her with copulation verily there is no term period for her. So let him provide for her and set her free in goodly manner. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{O you who believe, when you marry believing women, then divorce them before you touch them, you have in their case no term which you should reckon. But make provision for them and set them free in a goodly manner.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:49. Let him give her half of the ordained dowry that was agreed upon it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And if you divorce them before touching them, but after you had set the dowry for them, the compensation shall be half the dowry, unless they voluntarily forfeit their rights, or the party responsible for causing the divorce chooses to forfeit the dowry. To forfeit is closer to righteousness.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:237. And Allah taught you that to forgo is closer to righteousness as long he did not enjoy a thing of her, and lawful for her the marriage even if it is after her departure from her husband's home directly, it is allowed for her guardian to do her marriage contract with another one if he came forward (asking her marriage) for there is no term period law (in this case).
[COLOR="#008000"] {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍ تَعْتَدُّونَهَا فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحًا جميلاً}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:49]
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَإِنْ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ إِلا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ وَأَنْ تَعْفُوا أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:237]

O nation of Islam I ask you to witness against all scholars of the nation, whom so ever had any objection in the rule of the marriage and divorce in the law of the Imam Mahdi who is the same law of Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- it is not allowed for them the silence. So let us resort of judgement to Allah’s Book and if I did not dominate over you with the True law from their Lord from His decisive Book so they do not find any straitness in themselves as to that which I decided between them and they submit with full submission or they disbelieve in Allah’s laws about the marriage and divorce in the grand Quran, and if they come and proved from the decisive Book of Allah that the law of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni contrary to what Allah revealed, so at that it is not allowed for my supporters the continuation in following me as long I ruled with laws about the divorce that is contrary to Allah's legal laws in the Book, and as for if I proved the True laws of Allah about divorce from Allah’s decisive Book then they did not acknowledge in the Truth from their Lord and they continue in oppressing the women whether they were the people of the Torah or the Gospel or the Quran, verily I warn them with a severe punishment from Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
[COLOR="#008000"]{And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the transgressors.}[/COLOR]5:47
[COLOR="#008000"]{And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the disbelievers.}[/COLOR]5:44
[COLOR="#008000"]{And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the oppressors.}[/COLOR]5:45
Truthful Allah the Great
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ} [/COLOR][المائدة:47]
[COLOR="#008000"][COLOR="#008000"]{وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ} [/COLOR][/COLOR][المائدة:44]
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ} [/COLOR][الْمَائِدَةِ:45].

Then if you apply Allah’s law of Allah justly then the percentage of divorce will get reduced in the Islamic world to 95% percent.
So follow me for you may receive His mercy.

[COLOR="#800080"]..[U]Fatwa of the Imam Mahdi about forbidding the (temporary) marriage of pleasure and the (secret undeclared) customary marriage[/U][/COLOR]



..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds, after this


[COLOR="#B22222"]The marriage is four and none other and if you feared the oppression then one (only), and the matter is decreed concerning which you inquired. There is nothing found in the sunna of Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- its name (temporary) marriage of pleasure Allah did not send down of an authority with that, in fact it is adultery and fornication.[/COLOR]

If you pondered over the verses of the Chapter you would have found that Allah mentioned to you Al-Maharim (the women you are forbidden to marry), and the ones that is not permissible for you marrying them until when completed Al-Maharim (the women you are forbidden to marry); Allah made lawful for you what is beyond that of women with a condition of protection by the marriage not fornicating, so this is the marriage in the Islamic law in regard to the free women, so who is the one who can bring to me a proof of the (temporary) marriage of pleasure from the grand Quran except that I bridled him and I silenced his tongue with Truth, so who would make lawful the (temporary) marriage of pleasure verily let him thankfully come for the dialogue, and we will see who argues in Allah with knowledge and guidance and enlightening Book rather than who argues in Allah without knowledge neither guidance nor enlightening Book? And peace be upon who followed the guiding one to the straight ــــــــــ path.

And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Forbidden to you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your sisters, and your paternal aunts, and your maternal aunts, and brother’s daughters and sister’s daughters, and your mothers that have suckled you, and your foster-sisters, and mothers of your wives, and your stepdaughters who are in your guardianship (born) of your wives to whom you have gone in — but if you have not gone in with them (to bed), there is no blame on you — and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins; and that you should have two sisters together, except what has already passed. Surely Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful,}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:23
[COLOR="#008000"] {حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالاَتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللاَّتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُم مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَآئِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللاَّتِي فِي حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَآئِكُمُ اللاَّتِي دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُواْ دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلاَئِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلاَبِكُمْ وَأَن تَجْمَعُواْ بَيْنَ الأُخْتَيْنِ إَلاَّ مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاء إِلاَّ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ كِتَابَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَأُحِلَّ لَكُم مَّا وَرَاء ذَلِكُمْ أَن تَبْتَغُواْ بِأَمْوَالِكُم مُّحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا تَرَاضَيْتُم بِهِ مِن بَعْدِ الْفَرِيضَةِ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:23].

But those who say against Allah what they do not know they took advantage of a word [COLOR="#008000"]{..Then as to those whom you gained pleasure by (by marrying), give them their dowries as appointed..}[/COLOR] [Al-Nesã`a] 4:24, only He means that if he divorced her and he did not go in with her (to bed) the judgement for him differs than the one whom he divorced and he has gained pleasure with her. [COLOR="#B22222"]As for the (secret undeclared) customary marriage surely that is the pleasure marriage and it is a new term for adultery[/COLOR], indeed Allah is sufficient for me and an Excellent Guardian, so who is the one that would argue with me so I bridle him with the Truth, and peace be upon who followed the banner of the guidance among the worlds.
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً}[/COLOR]

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his purified family and the foremost supporters till the day (when) people rise to Allah the One, the Supreme..

My beloved scholars of the Muslims and their nation, Allah’s peace and mercy and His blessing be upon you, peace be upon us and upon Allah’s righteous servants in the former ones and the later ones and in the upper assembly till the day of judgement, my beloved members of the management council for the board of Directors International Scientific Association for the Hashemite lineages, please delete all the statement which downloaded it the member named (Al-Abid for Allah) so we do not get out of the chosen dialogue subjects in this blessed site in order would not be there confusion, and of these statements of it still need for explanation and we do not want confusion to the owner of this site and the searchers about the Truth; in fact the dialogue is in succession point by point to purify the prophetic sunna from innovations and forging lies against Allah and His messenger till we return you to the first method of prophet-hood; Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger.

And we come now to annul the punishment of stoning for the married adulterer and we come with the replacement by the Truth from the decisive Book of Allah. And that is not for we annulled the chastisement of the grave and the stoning with the excuse that it is not existing in the great Quran as forgers who forge lies in a falsified story; in fact because they know that it is existing in the Quran and they fear of discovering their evil plan, therefore we will come with the replacement of the Allah’s judgement for their forged judgement in the sunna of Mohammad messenger of Allah forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family.

O my beloveds in Allah’s love, indeed by Allah I do not find in the Book that Allah guided of His servants except those of understanding (minds and hearts) in the former ones and the later ones, so who are those of understanding? And they are who ponder in the authority of knowledge of the caller using their minds which Allah granted them with it, so if it was the Truth from their Lord, then definitely their minds bow to the Truth convinced in it then they follow the best of it, and if the authority of knowledge of the caller - the mind and logic did not accept it - surely by Allah the one that the mind and logic did not accept it certainly it is falsehood and forged undoubtedly to the fact the thinking eyes do not blind about the truth ever, if it was used for reflecting and pondering. And for that Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{(This is) a Book that We have revealed to you abounding in good, that they ponder over its verses, and that those of understanding may mind.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [S] 38:29
[COLOR="#008000"] {كِتَابٌ أَنْـزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الأَلْبَابِ}[/COLOR] [ص:29].

And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{...For surely it is not the eyes that are blind, but blind are the hearts which are in the chests.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hajj] 22:46
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَإِنَّهَا لاَ تَعْمَى الأَبْصَارُ وَلَكِنْ تَعْمَى الْقُلُوبُ الَّتِي فِي الصدور}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الحج:46].

And the authority of knowledge of the Imam Mahdi requires thinking in it by the mind because the it is clear verses from the great Quran. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Who listen to the Word, then follow the best of it. Such are they whom Allah has guided, and such are the men of understanding.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zumar] 39:18
[COLOR="#008000"] {الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقَوْلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحْسَنَهُ أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ هَدَاهُمُ اللَّهُ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الزمر:18].

If a man married to A free woman and other a female servant, both committed shameful-indecency (The free and the female servant) with two men, and that was proven with witnesses so the file of the case reached to the judge and the husband said: “O judge my two wives had committed shameful-indecency so rule against them Allah’s punishment-law”, so the judge said: “As for your free wife Allah had ruled against her by casting with stones until death, and as for your slave wife surely Allah ruled against her by fifty lashes half of the punishment of the adultery”, then the husband replies to the judge and say: “O revered judge, do Allah wrong anyone in his judgement?”. Then the judge replies to him and say: “Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{..And your Lord does not wrong anyone.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Kahf] 18:49”.
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلا يَظْلِمُ رَبُّكَ أَحَدًا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الكهف:49]".

Then the husband of the women says: “but in this ruling a great injustice against my free wife, so how that my slave wife would not be flogged except half of the adultery punishment fifty stripes, and as for my free wife surely casting with stones until death? indeed the difference is great between Allah’s punishment against my free wife by casting with stones until death while my other wife her punishment is not but fifty lashes (one half of the adultery punishment) despite that my two wives did the shameful-indecency equally with two men! O kind judge surely this rejects it the mind and logic that Allah’s ruling be as this for the fact Allah had forbidden the injustice upon Himself and by the mind we find the great difference between the punishment of my free wife and my slave wife”. Then the judge replies to him and say: “Only Allah reduced for the the female-slave to make her heart have affection for religion when she see the believers do not flog the female-slave except fifty lashes while their free women by casting with stones until death”, then the husband of the women replies to him and say: “If the matter is as that surely the mind and logic says that my free wife should be flogged with hundred stripes, and as for my slave wife should be flogged with fifty stripes, surely this judgement accept it the mind and logic, but that my free wife to be stoned to death while my slave wife is not except by fifty lashes, by Allah - O Mr. judge - the mind and logic do not accept this that my free wife to be stoned to death while the other is not except by fifty lashes! O Mr. judge, but this thing you will be held accountable for it between Allah’s hands for if you killed a soul that Allah did not permit for you in killing it”. End of the supposed story.

O community of scholars of the nation , come so we look at Allah’s judgement in His decisive Book; was it truthful what says it the mind of this man? And you find the answer in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And whoever among you cannot afford to marry (Al-Muhsanat) of the believing women, (let him marry) such of your believing maidens as your right hands possess. And Allah knows best your faith — you are (sprung) the one from the other. So marry them with the permission of their masters, and give them their dowries justly, they being chaste, not fornicating, nor receiving paramours; then if they are guilty of adultery when they are taken in marriage, they shall suffer half the punishment for (Al-Muhsanat) free married women.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:25
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُمْ طَوْلاً أَن يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِن مِّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمْ بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:25].

And got clear to you what the mind and logic says that it is truly agree with Allah’s decisive Book that the punishment of the free married woman is a hundred stripes and the married female-slave is fifty stripes,[COLOR="#B22222"] [U]and only Allah wanted to make clear to you that the punishment-law of adultery is truly one hundred lashes for the free men and the free women whether they we single or married, and the punishment (for) the female-slave and the slave men is fifty lashes whether they were single or married for the fact adultery has no tow identifications in the Quran, in fact adultery is a man comes to a woman that is not lawful for him whether he is married or single; so that is the adultery linguistically or legally and without deference if he was married or single.[/U][/COLOR] And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{(This is) a chapter which We have revealed and made obligatory and wherein We have revealed clear messages that you may be mindful.(1) The adulteress and the adulterer, flog each of them (with) a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them detain you from obedience to Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day, and let a party of believers witness their chastisement.(2)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nour] 24:1-2
[COLOR="#008000"]{سُورَةٌ أَنزَلْنَاهَا وَفَرَضْنَاهَا وَأَنزَلْنَا فِيهَا آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿١﴾الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ ۖ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّـهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّـهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۖ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النور].

And this is the punishment-law of adultery in Allah’s decisive Book that (adultery always) had been obscene-indecency and an evil way — it is enough to be flogged with a hundred stripes in front of a group from the believers as a deterrent punishment for the adultery and Allah is ever Knowing Wise. Then Allah wanted you to know the certain knowledge that this punishment-law is for the adultery in general on who does the shameful-indecency of the free men and the free women whether they we married or single, and so that you know for certainty that punishment for adultery is one for the free single and the married, and so that you know for certainty that came the explanatory-statement in the punishment for the married female-slave. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{..then if they are guilty of adultery when they are taken in marriage, they shall suffer [U]half the punishment for (Al-Muhsanat) free married women[/U]..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:25 that is to say against them is one half of what against the free married females.
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:25]

And a speaker might say: “But He means in His word (Al-Muhsanat) namely (Al-Muhsanah) the secured who took protection in Islam”. Then the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to him and I say: Since when Allah sent down a punishment for (Al-Muhsanah) possessor of religion; in fact [gain the possessor of religion; your hands reaped more than given], and if you insisted to alter Allah’s word from its places till it suits the forged against Allah and His messenger in the prophetic sunna, so you say indeed He means (Al-Muhsanat) the secured who took protection in religion and not the married women, then you say Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{And whoever among you cannot afford to marry (Al-Muhsanat) of the believing women, (let him marry) such of your believing maidens as your right hands possess...}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:25, then you alter the words from its places that the intended with (Al-Muhsanat) in these verses namely the Muslim women. Then the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to you and I say: do you alter Allah’s words from its place so it agrees with the forged for the falsehood? Then come for we teach you the intended of the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And whoever among you cannot afford to marry (Al-Muhsanat) of the believing women, (let him marry) such of your believing maidens as your right hands possess...}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great.

And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{And those who accuse (Al-Muhsanat) and did not bring four witnesses, flog them (with) eighty stripes..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nour] 24:4, surely you know that He means in His word (Al-Muhsanat) who guarded her chastity whether she is female-servant or free woman then whoever surprise (Muhsana) who guarded her chastity with obscene-indecency of adultery and he did not bring four witnesses [COLOR="#008000"]{flog them (with) eighty stripes..}[/COLOR], therefore (Al-Muhsana) is who guards her chastity from the obscene-indecency of adultery. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{And she who (Ahsanat) guarded her chastity, so We breathed into her of Our inspiration, and made her and her son a sign for the nations.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anbya] 21:91
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاء فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [‏النور‏:4]
[COLOR="#008000"]{فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً}
{وَالَّتِي أَحْصَنَتْ فَرْجَهَا فَنَفَخْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ رُوحِنَا وَجَعَلْنَاهَا وَابْنَهَا آَيَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأنبياء:91].

[COLOR="#B22222"]Indeed that is what I know in what Allah sent down in His decisive Book: That (Al-Muhsanat) He means in them whom they guarded their chastity from adultery or He means (Al-Muhsanat) being guarded by marriage and I do not find a third meaning for the word (Al-Muhsana) in Allah’s Book other than that; Surely by Allah you can not bring thing of an explanatory-statement for (Al-Muhsana) from Allah’s Book other than this even though some of you were backers for others.[/COLOR]

O folks, therefore your explanatory-statement for the word (Al-Muhsanat) by the conjecture of yourself was a major heinous crime and forgery against Allah in what He did not say because you caused in perishing souls Allah did not command you in killing them, so who would protect you from Allah Oh community of who they follow conjecture which it does not avail a thing of the Truth? And I know about the reason of you forging against Allah that He means with (Al-Muhsana) namely the Muslims woman and that because you faced a difficulty in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{...then if they are guilty of adultery when they are taken in marriage (Ohsinna), they shall suffer half the punishment for (Al-Muhsanat) free married women...}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:25
[COLOR="#008000"]{فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:25]،

So if you said (Al-Muhsana) guarded her chastity it would never cling to the fact Allah did not send down a punishment-law for who guarded her chastity, therefore the intended in this verse in His word the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{then if they are guilty of adultery when they are taken in marriage (Ohsinna), they shall suffer half the punishment for (Al-Muhsanat) free married women.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, that is because He gave you a fatwa about the punishment-law for the married female-servant so He taught you that against her is one-half of what against the free married (female) in order for you to know that the punishment-law for adultery is a hundred lashes for the free single or married and as well the male-servants and the female-servants against them is one half of what against (Al-Muhsana) adulterer or the adulteress is fifty lashes, to the fact half of the hundred is fifty.
[COLOR="#008000"]{فإذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم

O folks, if you did not follow the clear judgement in Allah’s Book and you insist on following the conjecture of yourselves surely you will encounter problems that would be impossible solving it by your conjectural knowledge and of it: That you find in the decisive Book of Allah the great Quran [U]that the punishment-law for the married female-servant if she committed the obscene-indecency of adultery surely her punishment is fifty stripes[/U], if the punishment-law of female-servant after marriage was not been the one itself before the marriage therefore give me fatwa what is the punishment-law of female-servant before marriage if you were truthful? For the fact you find that the punishment-law of female-servant after marriage is fifty stripes, therefore O folks indeed the punishment-law of female-servant after before she is guarded by marriage is as that fifty stripes, surely it cleared to you that the punishment-law for the male-servant and the female-servant is fifty stripes whether they are being single or married, as that is the punishment-law for the free of the males and the females is a hundred lashes whether they been single or (Muhsineen) guarded by marriage, surely this is Allah’s judgement by the Truth in His decisive Book about the punishment-law of adultery He made it in clear verses of the mother verses of the Book that do not need to clarification and explanation. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{(This is) a chapter which We have revealed and made obligatory and wherein We have revealed clear messages that you may be mindful.(1) The adulteress and the adulterer, flog each of them (with) a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them detain you from obedience to Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day, and let a party of believers witness their chastisement.(2)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great.
[COLOR="#008000"]{سُورَةٌ أَنزَلْنَاهَا وَفَرَضْنَاهَا وَأَنزَلْنَا فِيهَا آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿١﴾الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ ۖ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّـهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّـهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۖ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم.

Perhaps one scholar of the nation would like to interrupt me so he says:

[QUOTE][COLOR="#000000"][SIZE=4]Buraydah may Allah be pleased with him that Ma’iz bin Malik Aslami he came to Allah’s messenger, peace be upon him said: O Messenger of Allah, I have wronged myself and made adultery, and I want you to cleanse me so he sent him away, when he was the next day, came to him, he said: O Messenger of Allah, I have made an adultery, so he sent him away the second (time), so messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him- sent to his people, he said: Do you know anything wrong with his mind? Do you deny something of him? They said: what we know, but in the mind, (he) is of our righteous in what we see, surely he came third (time), also he sent to them, so he asked about him so he told him that there is nothing wrong with him nor in his mind, so when (came) the fourth (time) he dug for him a hole, and then ordered (in punishing) him so he was stoned. He said: Al-Ghamdya woman came, so she said: O Messenger of Allah, I made an adultery so purify me, and surely he sent her away, and when it was tomorrow, she said: O Messenger of Allah why do you send me away? Perhaps if you send me away as you sent Ma’iz away surely by Allah I am pregnant, he said: “If not, go until you give birth”. He said, when she gave birth she came to him with a boy in his hand a piece of bread, she said: O Messenger of Allah, this I had weaned him, and he just ate the food, and pushed the boy to a man of the Muslims, then ordered in her so he dug to her chest, and ordered the people so they stoned her, then comes Khaled son of Al-Walid so he stoned her head with a stone so gashed the blood on the face of Khalid so he insulted her, so heard him Allah’s prophet insulting her, he said: "Wait O Khaled! By Who's my soul in His hand she had repented a repentance if repented it companion Mex (who takes taxes) He would forgave him. "Narrated by Muslim. Then he ordered them in (bringing her) so he prayed upon her, and she got buried. And in (another) narration Omar said: O Messenger of Allah you stoned her then pray upon her! He said: (She had repented a repentance if divided between seventy people of the city and it would encompass them, have you found something better than that she bettered herself for Allah the All Mighty).[/SIZE][/COLOR][/QUOTE]

Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to him and I say: Oh folks it was not for Mohammad messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family- to violate his Lord’s command because Allah ordered him [COLOR="#B22222"][U]that who they repented before you arrest them so there is no punishment against them after Allah forgave them[/U][/COLOR] because their repentance was purely to their Lord before you apprehend them even if they were fighting against Allah and His messenger and they were mischief makers in the land. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{...whoever kills a person, unless it be for manslaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he had killed all men. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved the lives of all men. And certainly Our messengers came to them with clear arguments, but even after that many of them commit excesses in the land.(32) The only punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is that they should be murdered, or crucified, or their hands and their feet should be cut (injured) on opposite sides, or they should be imprisoned. This shall be a disgrace for them in this world, and in the Hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement.(33) Except those who repent before you overpower them; so know that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.(34) O you who believe, keep your duty to Allah, and seek (Al-Waseela) means of nearness to Him, and strive hard in His way that you may be successful.(35)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:32:35
[COLOR="#008000"]{مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي الْأَرْضِ لَمُسْرِفُونَ (32 )إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلَافٍ أَوْ يُنْفَوْا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ذَٰلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (33) إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَقْدِرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ (34 )يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَابْتَغُوا إِلَيْهِ الْوَسِيلَةَ وَجَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيلِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ(35)}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [المائدة].

O folks look at the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Except those who repent before you overpower them; so know that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.(34)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, despite that the story of Ma’is and Al-Ghamdya woman was lies and forgery, but let us suppose that it is a real story and that they repented before you overpower them, in fact their repentance was purely to their Lord so would Allah accept their repentance then orders in upholding the punishment against them? O glory to Allah the Great! So remember the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Except those who repent before you overpower them; so know that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.(34)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great.
[COLOR="#008000"] {إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَقْدِرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم

And we still have more and more to deny the forged punishment-law of stoning in which those who forge lies want to distort the religion of Islam in the eyes of the worlds in order for them to believe that it is a brutal religion because they do not know that the human being is weak in front of his self desire for were not of keeping duty to Allah to help him on overpowering against the self that wont to command evil and he could fall in the sedition of obscene-indecency of adultery, so how he rules against him in stoning until death? Surely that what most people fall is in. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Allah desires to explain to you, and to guide you into the ways of those before you, and to turn to you (mercifully). And Allah is Knowing, Wise.(26) And Allah desires to turn to you (mercifully). And those who follow (their) lusts desire that you should deviate (with) a great deviation.(27) Allah desires to make light your burdens, and man is created weak.(28)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:26-28
[COLOR="#008000"]{يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَكُمْ وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ سُنَنَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَيَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ (26) وَاللَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَيُرِيدُ الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الشَّهَوَاتِ أَنْ تَمِيلُوا مَيْلًا عَظِيمًا (27) يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُخَفِّفَ عَنْكُمْ وَخُلِقَ الْإِنْسَانُ ضَعِيفًا(28)} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء].

Peace, Allah’s mercy and His blessings be upon the revered honorable sheikh Ahmed Esa Ibraheem, peace be upon us and upon Allah’s righteous servants in the former and the latter ones and in the upper assembly till the day of judgement, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds..

And we copy from the statement of Ahmed Esa Ibraheem what follows so we make it in red:

1- does it not include the word {..And lawful for you are (all women) besides those,} all the women whether they were believing female Muhsanat or what the right hand possess like (stepdaughters, believing maidens, righteous servants, the single.. etc.)
2- Does it not included as well this word {Then as to those whom you benefit-pleasure..}?
3- The statement says benefit and not enjoyed, so what is the concept of pleasure-benefit here?
4- The statement is clarifying that the pleasure-benefit here is for men only and not to whom they consummate marriage with, so is that means the copulation knowingly that both of the two parties in this case are enjoying?
5- And if the intention was the pleasure-benefit is the copulation which it is an exchange pleasure between the two parties the statement would have came those whom you benefit-pleasure with them (wives) or by what you had pleasure of each other.

So what is intended by the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And lawful for you are (all women) besides those}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great; and He means besides those of the women, that is to say what is beside the mother, the sister, wife of the father and wife of the son, the aunt sister of the father and the aunt sister of the mother, and your foster-sisters by suckling (that your biological mother suckled them), and Al-Muhsanat who they are the married women as well it is forbidden the marriage with them except what your right hands possess, then Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{And lawful for you are (all women) besides those}[/COLOR]; that is to say beyond that, that is because He mentioned the women whom Allah forbidden the marriage with them, then Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{..And lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your wealth, taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you benefit by (by marrying), give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:24
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَأُحِلَّ لَكُم مَّا وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكُمْ}

But look at the decisive condition in Allah’s Book: [COLOR="#008000"]{provided that you seek (them) with your wealth, taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great; in the meaning of that it is by the marriage according to Allah’s law for the humans and not fornication, and for that Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, [U]and Al-Tahseen is the marriage upon Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger,[/U] but what deluded you is the word of Allah the decisive in His Book: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you benefit by (by marrying), give them their dowries as appointed.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great; and based on it surely the Imam Mahdi direct this question to the revered sheikh Ahmed Esa Ibraheem and the whole Shiites as follows:
[COLOR="#008000"]{أَن تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُم مُّحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ}
{مُّحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ}
{فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم

Is there a thing for the wife who requested the divorce from her husband before he enjoyed himself by her, so did Allah command you to give her her dowry as appointed? And the answer you find it in the decisive Book in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you benefit by (by marrying), give them their dowries as appointed.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, Therefore who she requested divorce from her husband before her husband come to his tilth (consummate the marriage) surely it is not lawful for her to take a thing of his right for the fact that is wrongful in the right of the husband, for that Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you benefit by (by marrying), give them their dowries as appointed.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, but if he got his pleasure from her and she asked the divorce after that, then for her is one half of the agreed upon it, and preceded that we explained that in a detailed statement and we copy from it as follows: [COLOR="#008000"]{And marry not women whom your fathers married, except what has already passed. This surely is indecent and hateful; and it is an evil way.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:22.
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ}
{وَلَا تَنكِحُوا مَا نَكَحَ آبَاؤُكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَمَقْتًا وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:22].

In this verse Allah forbidden the marriage for the son of who she was a wife to his father (stepmother) whether she is divorced or (widow) his father died off her: [COLOR="#008000"]{This surely is indecent and hateful; and it is an evil way.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, then Allah forbidden to you your Maharim of the women which Allah forbidden you the marriage with them in the decisive word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{Forbidden to you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your sisters, and your paternal aunts, and your maternal aunts, and brother’s daughters and sister’s daughters, and your mothers that have suckled you, and your foster-sisters (that your biological mother suckled them), and mothers of your wives, and your stepdaughters who are in your guardianship (born) of your wives to whom you have gone in — but if you have not gone into them, there is no blame on you — and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins; and that you should have two sisters together, except what has already passed. Surely Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful,}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:23
[COLOR="#008000"]{إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَمَقْتًا وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا}
{حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الْأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الْأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللَّاتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُم مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَائِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللَّاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَائِكُمُ اللَّاتِي دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُوا دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلَائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلَابِكُمْ وَأَن تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:23].

Then Allah made lawful for you what is beyond that of women with a condition of Al-Tahseen by marriage according to Allah’s law in the Book two, or three, or four; but if you fear that you will not do justice, then (marry) only one, so after that Allah mentioned what He forbidden to you of women Allah made lawful to you what is beside that. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..And lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your wealth, taking (them) in marriage, not committing fornication.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:24
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَأُحِلَّ لَكُم مَّا وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَن تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُم مُّحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:24].

Namely Allah made lawful to you what is beyond that to seek (them) with your wealth Muhsineen taking (them) in marriage according to the Islamic law not making fornication so you give them their dowry in return of the enjoyment by adultery; in fact [U]Allah made lawful to you with your wealth Muhsineen by marriage as seem good to you of the free believing women till the fourth and that is sufficient-enough for you except what your right hand possess[/U]. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..marry such women as seem good to you, two, or three, or four; but if you fear that you will not do justice, then (marry) only one..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:3
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَانكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ ۖ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء:3].

So if he married her and benefited (by marrying her)=he made pleasure by copulation with her so he should give her the appointed dowry. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..Then as to those whom you benefit by (by marrying), give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:24
[COLOR="#008000"]{فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً ۚ وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا تَرَاضَيْتُم بِهِ مِن بَعْدِ الْفَرِيضَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء:24].

And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed and the wife wanted to let go some of her appointed right (dowry) it is for her husband enjoyment and pleasure. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And give women their dowries as a free gift. But if they of themselves be pleased to give you a portion thereof, consume it with enjoyment and pleasure.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:4
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَآتُوا النِّسَاءَ صَدُقَاتِهِنَّ نِحْلَةً ۚ فَإِن طِبْنَ لَكُمْ عَن شَيْءٍ مِّنْهُ نَفْسًا فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيئًا مَّرِيئًا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:4].

And if she requested the divorce and he did not have pleasure with her; that is to say he did not come his tilth (copulation) so her appointed right (dowry) drops as long her husband did not benefit by (marrying) with her as Allah made it lawful for him and she requested the divorce from him and desires separation before he get pleasure from her, so here her appointed right drops altogether and returned to her husband, so by what right she takes it in case she requested the divorce before her husband copulate with her, surely incumbent the return of the husband's right completely in return of divorcing her, as for if her husband divorced her of his own before he get pleasure of her and she did not request divorce from him it is then for her one-half of the appointed right and the other half to be returned to her husband because he divorced her at his will and she did not request the divorce from him, so it is incumbent on him to pay one half of the marriage dowry. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And if you divorce them before you have touched them and you have appointed for them a portion, (pay) half of what you have appointed unless they forgo or he forgoes in whose hand is the marriage tie. And it is nearer to dutifulness that you forgo. Nor neglect the giving of free gifts between you. Surely Allah is Seer of what you do.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:237
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَإِن طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ إِلَّا أَن يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ ۚ وَأَن تَعْفُوا أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ ۚ وَلَا تَنسَوُا الْفَضْلَ بَيْنَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:237].

The True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..unless they forgo or he forgoes in whose hand is the marriage tie.}[/COLOR]; that is to say except that the wife forgoes — who her husband divorced her — the one-half which Allah appointed it for her but Allah made for her the choice if she pleased to forgo for her husband of her own self about the one half that Allah obligated it for her or he forgoes in whose hand is the marriage tie and he is her guardian because her husband did not copulate with her and did not get pleasure with her a thing, but Allah appointed for her that he gives her one half of her dowry that agreed upon it before the marriage as long the divorce came from the man and not by the request of the woman then it is incumbent upon him giving her one-half of the appointed dowry that was agreed upon it.
[COLOR="#008000"] {إِلَّا أَن يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ}[/COLOR]

The important is if he divorced her from his own self before he has pleasure with her a thing, so it is incumbent upon him to give her one-half of the dowry that is agreed upon it, unless the divorced woman forgoes of it or her guardian forgoes of it who is in his hand the marriage tie, so he returns to him his right completely because he did not have pleasure with her and did not copulate with her. [U]Only Allah made it politeness for the husband and as well to limit that of the enormity of divorces[/U], but Allah made for the divorced woman the choice and for her guardian ether to take the appointed one-half of the agreed dowry from before or to return it complete to who he was her husband, then Allah taught them that the nearest to dutifulness is to forgo of it; if they pleased and their reward is upon Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And it is nearer to dutifulness that you forgo. Nor neglect the giving of free gifts between you. Surely Allah is Seer of what you do.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great.
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَأَن تَعْفُوا أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ ۚ وَلَا تَنسَوُا الْفَضْلَ بَيْنَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم.
As for in case of the husband divorced her out of his own and the wife did not ask the divorce from him and he had copulate with her and got pleasure in his tilth of her surely it is not permissible for him to take a thing of what he gave her even if gave her a heap of gold. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{And if you wish to have (one) wife in the place of another and you have given one of them a heap of gold, take nothing from it. Would you take it by slandering (her) and (doing her) manifest wrong?}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:20
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَإِنْ أَرَدتُّمُ اسْتِبْدَالَ زَوْجٍ مَّكَانَ زَوْجٍ وَآتَيْتُمْ إِحْدَاهُنَّ قِنطَارًا فَلَا تَأْخُذُوا مِنْهُ شَيْئًا ۚ أَتَأْخُذُونَهُ بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:20].

As for in case the wife requested the divorce from her husband and he had enjoyed himself from her so as that the one-half of appointed right (dowry) returns to her husband and the other half drops in return that he had pleasure with her and making her sleep with him whether she is virgin or previously married surely his complete right (dowry) does not return to her husband because he had pleasure by his tilth from her. and the woman is not like the man because if she was virgin she became previously married so how that his right returns fully even is she requested the divorce from him! and some men are morally-mean, if he wanted to divorce his wife and he knows that if he divorced her without her asking the divorce from him that his right (dowry) will drop wholly even if it was a heap of gold then her prevent her marital rights from her in the night and the provision in order she hates the living with her husband so she ask the divorce from him, it is then half of the obligated (dowry) returns to him the agreed on it before the marriage, but Allah knows by this kind of men and for that forbade them to treat them with harshness so they prevent them from their rights in order they hate the company of them then they request the divorce from their husbands, confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..Nor should you straiten them (against their will) by taking part of what you have given them,}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:19
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:19].

And her appointed-right (dowry) would not drop if her husband divorced her of his own self except in one case unless his wife do a manifest indecency. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{O you who believe, it is not lawful for you to take women as heritage against (their) will. Nor should you straiten them (against their will) by taking part of what you have given them, unless they are guilty of manifest indecency.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:19
[COLOR="#008000"] {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَرِثُوا النِّسَاءَ كَرْهًا ۖ وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [النساء:19].

Therefore it is cleared to you that the enjoyment-benefit is the copulation undoubtedly, and cleared to you that who she asks the divorce from her husband and he did not has the pleasure in his tilth a thing, surely Allah did not command her husband to give her (the dowry) her repay a thing except if he willed from his own self, but Allah did not obligate for her a right (dowry) as long her husband did not get his pleasure by his tilth a thing, so by what right she takes it? And for that Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Then as to those whom you benefit by (by marrying), give them their dowries as appointed. And there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed (of dowry). Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great.

[COLOR=#800080][U]Explanatory-statement of the Imam Mahdi about the the garden from which our father Adam got out -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him[/U]..[/COLOR]


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the seal of the prophets and messenger; Allah’s messenger Mohammad prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and His family, and the followers to the Truth till the day of judgement, after this..


O the questioner, my question to you is:
Did Allah glory be to Him and highly Exalted say to His angels that He is going to place a (khlaifa) ruler in the abide heavenly-garden at the remote Sidra-tree, so when He made him and breathed into him from His soul Allah commanded them to be submissive to him? I know your answer to us and you will say: Allah the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And when your Lord said to the angels, [U]I am going to place (khalifa) a ruler in the earth[/U], they said: Will You place in it such as make mischief in it and shed blood? And we glorify Your praise and extol Your holiness. He said: Surely I know what you know not.(30) And He taught Adam all the names, then presented them to the angels; He said: Tell Me the names of those if you are right.(31) They said: Glory be to You! we have no knowledge but that which You have taught us. Surely You are the Knowing, the Wise.(32) He said: O Adam, inform them of their names. So when he informed them of their names, He said: Did I not say to you that I know what is unseen in the heavens and the earth? And I know what you manifest and what you hide.(33) And when We said to the angels, Be submissive to Adam, they submitted, but lucifer (did not). He refused and was proud, and he was one of the disbelievers.(34) And We said: O Adam, dwell you and your wife in the garden, and eat from it a plenteous (food) wherever you wish, and approach not this tree, lest you be of the unjust.(35) But satan made them slip from it, and caused them to depart from the state in which they were. And We said: Go forth, some of you are the enemies of others. And there is for you in the earth an abode and a provision for a time.(36) Then Adam received (revealed) words from his Lord, and He turned to him (mercifully). Surely He is Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.(37) We said: Go forth from this (state) all. Surely there will come to you a guidance from Me, then whoever follows My guidance, no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.(38) And (as to) those who disbelieve in and reject Our messages, they are the companions of the Fire; in it they will abide.(39)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:30-39
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ ﴿٣٢﴾ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٤﴾ وَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَكُلَا مِنْهَا رَغَدًا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلَا تَقْرَبَا هَٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٣٥﴾ فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِ وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ ﴿٣٦﴾ فَتَلَقَّىٰ آدَمُ من ربِّه كَلِمَاتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿٣٧﴾ قُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى فَمَن تَبِعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ ﴿٣٨﴾ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ﴿٣٩﴾} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].

Look at the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And when your Lord said to the angels,[U] I am going to place (khalifa) a ruler in the earth[/U]}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, as well at the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And We said: O Adam, dwell you and your wife in the garden, and eat from it a plenteous (food) wherever you wish, and approach not this tree, lest you be of the unjust.(35) But satan made them slip from it, and caused them to depart from the state in which they were..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, so ponder over the whole verses that came in this matter and you will know what you did not know, so ponder over the decisive verses that came in the mother of the Book in this matter and you all shall know. [COLOR="#008000"] {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً}
{وَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَكُلَا مِنْهَا رَغَدًا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلَا تَقْرَبَا هَـٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٣٥﴾ فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:35-36]
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ ﴿٣٢﴾ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٤﴾ وَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَكُلَا مِنْهَا رَغَدًا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلَا تَقْرَبَا هَٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٣٥﴾ فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِ وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ ﴿٣٦﴾ فَتَلَقَّىٰ آدَمُ من ربِّه كَلِمَاتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿٣٧﴾ قُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى فَمَن تَبِعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ ﴿٣٨﴾ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ﴿٣٩﴾} [/COLOR]

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{The likeness of Jesus with Allah is truly as the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Ãli-´Imrãn] 3:59
[COLOR="#008000"] {إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَى عِنْدَ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ آدَمَ خَلَقَهُ مِنْ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران:59].

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{O people, keep your duty to your Lord, Who created you from a single being and created its mate of the same (kind), and spread from these two many men and women. And keep your duty to Allah, by Whom you demand one of another (your rights), and (to) the ties of relationship. Surely Allah is ever a Watcher over you.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisã] 4:1
[COLOR="#008000"] {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا ﴿١﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:1].

As He said: [COLOR=#008000]{O mankind, surely We have created you from a male and a female, and made you tribes and families that you may know each other. Surely the noblest of you with Allah is the most dutiful of you. Surely Allah is Knowing, Aware.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hujurat] 49:13
[COLOR="#008000"]{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوباً وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم[الحجرات:13].

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{He it is Who created you from a single soul, and of the same did He make his mate, that he might find comfort in her..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:189
[COLOR="#008000"] {هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف:189]

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And We indeed created you, then We fashioned you, then We said to the angels: Make submission to Adam. So they submitted, except lucifer (Iblis); he was not of those who submitted.(11) He said: What hindered you that you did not submit when I commanded you? He said: I am better than he; You have created me of fire, while him You did create of dust.(12) He said: Then get forth from this (state), for it is not for you to behave proudly therein. Go forth, therefore, surely you are of the abject ones.(13) He said: Respite me till the day when they are raised.(14) He said: You are surely of the respited ones.(15) He said: As You have adjudged me to be erring, I will certainly lie in wait for them in Your straight path,(16) Then I shall certainly come upon them from before them and from behind them, and from their right and from their left; and You will not find most of them thankful.(17) He said: Get out of it, despised, driven away. Whoever of them will follow you, I will certainly fill hell with you all.(18) And (We said): O Adam, dwell you and your wife in the garden, so eat from whence you desire, but go not near this tree, lest you become of the unjust.(19) But the devil made an evil suggestion to them that he might make manifest to them that which had been hidden from them of their shame, and he said: Your Lord has forbidden you this tree, lest you become angels or become of the immortals.(20) And he swore to them both: Surely I am a sincere adviser to you,(21) Thus he caused them to fall by deceit. So when they had tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they both began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden. And their Lord called to them: Did I not forbid you that tree, and say to you that the devil is surely your open enemy?(22) They said: Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves; and if You do not forgive us, and have (not) mercy on us, we shall certainly be of the losers.(23) He said: Go forth — some of you, the enemies of others. And there is for you in the earth an abode and a provision for a time.(24) He said: Therein shall you live, and therein shall you die, and therefrom shall you be raised.(25)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:11-25
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُن مِّنَ السَّاجِدِينَ ﴿١١﴾قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَلَّا تَسْجُدَ إِذْ أَمَرْتُكَ قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ ﴿١٢﴾ قَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَن تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ ﴿١٣﴾ قَالَ أَنظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ ﴿١٤﴾ قَالَ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الْمُنظَرِينَ ﴿١٥﴾ قَالَ فَبِمَا أَغْوَيْتَنِي لَأَقْعُدَنَّ لَهُمْ صِرَاطَكَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ ﴿١٦﴾ ثُمَّ لَآتِيَنَّهُم مِّن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ وَعَن شَمَائِلِهِمْ وَلَا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ ﴿١٧﴾ قَالَ اخْرُجْ مِنْهَا مَذْءُومًا مَّدْحُورًا لَّمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿١٨﴾ وَيَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ فَكُلَا مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلَا تَقْرَبَا هَـٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿١٩﴾ فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِن سَوْآتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَـٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ ﴿٢٠﴾ وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ ﴿٢١﴾فَدَلَّاهُمَا بِغُرُورٍ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَنَادَاهُمَا رَبُّهُمَا أَلَمْ أَنْهَكُمَا عَن تِلْكُمَا الشَّجَرَةِ وَأَقُل لَّكُمَا إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمَا عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿٢٢﴾قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ﴿٢٣﴾ قَالَ اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ ﴿٢٤﴾ قَالَ فِيهَا تَحْيَوْنَ وَفِيهَا تَمُوتُونَ وَمِنْهَا تُخْرَجُونَ ﴿٢٥﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف].

As He said in another verse: [COLOR=#008000]{From it We created you, and into it We shall return you, and from it raise you a second time.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [T.H.] 20:55
[COLOR="#008000"]{مِنْهَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ وَفِيهَا نُعِيدُكُمْ وَمِنْهَا نُخْرِجُكُمْ تَارَةً أُخْرَى}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [طه:55].

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And surely We created man of sounding clay, of black mud fashioned into shape.(26) And the jinn, We created before of intensely hot fire.(27) And when your Lord said to the angels: I am going to create a mortal of sounding clay, of black mud fashioned into shape.(28) So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down making obeisance to him.(29) So the angels made obeisance, all of them together,(30) But Iblis (did it not). He refused to be with those who made obeisance.(31) He said: O (Iblis) lucifer, what is the reason that you are not with those who make obeisance?(32) He said: I am not going to make obeisance to a mortal, whom You have created of sounding clay, of black mud fashioned into shape.(33) He said: Then go forth, for surely you are driven away,(34) And surely on you is a curse till the day of Judgment.(35) He said: My Lord, respite me till the time when they are raised.(36) He said: Surely you are of the respited ones,(37) Till the period of the time made known.(38) He said: My Lord, as You have judged me erring, I shall certainly make (evil) fair-seeming to them on earth, and I shall cause them all to deviate,(39) Except Your servants from among them, the sincere devotees.(40) He said: This is a right way with Me.(41) [U]As regards My servants, you have no authority[/U] over them except such of the deviators as follow you.(42) And surely hell is the promised place for them all,(43) It has seven gates. For each gate is an appointed portion of them.(44)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hijr] 15:26-44
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ ﴿٢٦﴾ وَالْجَانَّ خَلَقْنَاهُ مِن قَبْلُ مِن نَّارِ السَّمُومِ ﴿٢٧﴾ وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي خَالِقٌ بَشَرًا مِّن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ ﴿٢٨﴾ فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُوا لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾ فَسَجَدَ الْمَلَائِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ أَن يَكُونَ مَعَ السَّاجِدِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قَالَ يَا إِبْلِيسُ مَا لَكَ أَلَّا تَكُونَ مَعَ السَّاجِدِينَ ﴿٣٢﴾ قَالَ لَمْ أَكُن لِّأَسْجُدَ لِبَشَرٍ خَلَقْتَهُ مِن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ ﴿٣٣﴾ قَالَ فَاخْرُجْ مِنْهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمٌ ﴿٣٤﴾ وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكَ اللَّعْنَةَ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ ﴿٣٥﴾ قَالَ ربّ فَأَنظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ ﴿٣٦﴾ قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ الْمُنظَرِينَ ﴿٣٧﴾ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْوَقْتِ الْمَعْلُومِ ﴿٣٨﴾ قَالَ ربّ بِمَا أَغْوَيْتَنِي لَأُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿٣٩﴾ إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ الْمُخْلَصِينَ ﴿٤٠﴾ قَالَ هَٰذَا صِرَاطٌ عَلَيَّ مُسْتَقِيمٌ ﴿٤١﴾ إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ ﴿٤٢﴾ وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمَوْعِدُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿٤٣﴾ لَهَا سَبْعَةُ أَبْوَابٍ لِّكُلِّ بَابٍ مِّنْهُمْ جُزْءٌ مَّقْسُومٌ ﴿٤٤﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم[الحجر].

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And when We said to the angels: Be submissive to Adam; they submitted, except (Iblis). He said: Shall I submit to him whom You have created of dust?(61) He said: Tell me; is this he whom You have honored above me?! If You respite me to the day of Resurrection, I will certainly cause his progeny to perish except a few.(62) He said: Begone! whoever of them follows you surely hell is your recompense, a full recompense.(63) And incite whom you can of them with your voice, and collect against them your horse and your foot, and share with them in wealth and children, and promise them. And the devil promises them only to deceive.(64) My servants — [U]you surely have no authority over them[/U]. And your Lord suffices as having charge of affairs.(65)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esrã] 17:61-65
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ قَالَ أَأَسْجُدُ لِمَنْ خَلَقْتَ طِينًا ﴿٦١﴾ قَالَ أَرَأَيْتَكَ هَٰذَا الَّذِي كَرَّمْتَ عَلَيَّ لَئِنْ أَخَّرْتَنِ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَأَحْتَنِكَنَّ ذُرِّيَّتَهُ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا ﴿٦٢﴾ قَالَ اذْهَبْ فَمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ فَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ جَزَاؤُكُمْ جَزَاءً مَّوْفُورًا ﴿٦٣﴾ وَاسْتَفْزِزْ مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ مِنْهُم بِصَوْتِكَ وَأَجْلِبْ عَلَيْهِم بِخَيْلِكَ وَرَجِلِكَ وَشَارِكْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَوْلَادِ وَعِدْهُمْ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا ﴿٦٤﴾ إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ وَكِيلًا ﴿٦٥﴾} [/COLOR][الإسراء].

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And when We said to the angels: Make submission to Adam, they submitted except (Iblis) lucifer. He was of the jinn, so he transgressed the commandment of his Lord. Will you then take him and his offspring for friends rather than Me, and they are your enemies? Evil is the exchange for the unjust.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Kahf] 18:50
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلاّ إِبْلِيسَ كَانَ مِنْ الجنّ فَفَسَقَ عَنْ أَمْرِ ربّه أَفَتَتَّخِذُونَهُ وَذُرِّيَّتَهُ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِي وَهُمْ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ بِئْسَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ بَدَلاً} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الكهف:50].

And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And certainly We gave a commandment to Adam before, but he forgot; and We found in him no resolve (to disobey).(115) And when We said to the angels: Be submissive to Adam, they submitted except (Iblis) lucifer; he refused.(116) We said: O Adam, this is an enemy to you and to your wife; so let him not drive you both out of the garden so that you are unhappy.(117) Surely it is granted to you therein that you are not hungry, nor naked,(118) And that you are not thirsty therein, nor exposed to the sun’s heat.(119) But the devil made an evil suggestion to him; he said: O Adam, shall I lead you to the tree of immortality and a kingdom which decays not?(120) So they both ate of it, then their evil inclinations became manifest to them, and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden. And Adam disobeyed his Lord, and was disappointed.(121) Then his Lord chose him, so He turned to him and guided (him).(122)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [T.H.] 20:115-122
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَقَدْ عَهِدْنَا إِلَىٰ آدَمَ مِن قَبْلُ فَنَسِيَ وَلَمْ نَجِدْ لَهُ عَزْمًا ﴿١١٥﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ ﴿١١٦﴾ فَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ إِنَّ هَٰذَا عَدُوٌّ لَّكَ وَلِزَوْجِكَ فَلَا يُخْرِجَنَّكُمَا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَتَشْقَىٰ ﴿١١٧﴾ إِنَّ لَكَ أَلَّا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَعْرَىٰ ﴿١١٨﴾ وَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضْحَىٰ ﴿١١٩﴾ فَوَسْوَسَ إِلَيْهِ الشَّيْطَانُ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ الْخُلْدِ وَمُلْكٍ لَّا يَبْلَىٰ ﴿١٢٠﴾ فَأَكَلَا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَىٰ آدَمُ ربّه فَغَوَىٰ ﴿١٢١﴾ ثُمَّ اجْتَبَاهُ ربّه فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ وَهَدَىٰ ﴿١٢٢﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [طه].

[COLOR=#B22222]:After pondering you will know what you have not been knowing in what follows[/COLOR]

[U]That Allah did not place Adam (khalifa) ruler in the abide garden at the remote Sidra-tree[/U], in fact He placed him (khalifa) ruler in the earth, in the meaning of that there is a garden for Allah in the earth with no doubt nor suspicion, and it is in which Allah placed a (khalifa) ruler over who were in it of jinn, as well [U]ordered the angels in the obedience to the khalifa of their Lord (submitting) prostration for Allah[/U], and would be deduced from these verses the evidence of (khilafa) that it is in the earth from the beginning of the matter and the evidence is the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And when your Lord said to the angels, [U]I am going to place (khalifa) a ruler in the earth[/U].}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great.Then we infer that [U]this earth there is in it a garden for Allah[/U], and the evidence is the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And (Allah said): O Adam, dwell you and your wife in the garden, so eat from whence you desire, but go not near this tree, lest you become of the unjust.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:19
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَيَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنْتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الجنَّة فَكُلاَ مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلاَ تَقْرَبَا هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنْ الظَّالِمِينَ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف:19].

Then we deduce that Allah had ordered (Iblis) lucifer in getting out of it then he requested from Allah to respite him in it in order to seduce whom Allah honored him over him (lucifer)! And satan requested from Allah this request from a way of defiance for if He would delay him then Allah responded to his request and warned Adam from him, and Adam heard the challenge from (Iblis) lucifer and the declaration of enmity to Adam and his wife and their offspring altogether, and that is being devised from the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{We said: O Adam, this is an enemy to you and to your wife; so let him not drive you both out of the garden so that you are unhappy.(117) Surely it is granted to you therein that you are not hungry, nor naked,(118) And that you are not thirsty therein, nor exposed to the sun’s heat.(119) But the devil made an evil suggestion to him; he said: O Adam, shall I lead you to the tree of immortality and a kingdom which decays not?(120) So they both ate of it, then their evil inclinations became manifest to them, and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden. And Adam disobeyed his Lord, and was disappointed.(121) Then his Lord chose him, so He turned to him and guided (him).(122)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [T.H.] 20:117-122
[COLOR="#008000"]{فَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ إِنَّ هَٰذَا عَدُوٌّ لَّكَ وَلِزَوْجِكَ فَلَا يُخْرِجَنَّكُمَا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَتَشْقَىٰ ﴿١١٧﴾ إِنَّ لَكَ أَلَّا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَعْرَىٰ ﴿١١٨﴾ وَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضْحَىٰ﴿١١٩﴾ فَوَسْوَسَ إِلَيْهِ الشَّيْطَانُ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ الْخُلْدِ وَمُلْكٍ لَّا يَبْلَىٰ ﴿١٢٠﴾ فَأَكَلَا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَىٰ آدَمُ ربّه فَغَوَىٰ ﴿١٢١﴾ ثُمَّ اجْتَبَاهُ ربّه فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ وَهَدَىٰ ﴿١٢٢﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [طه].

But Allah promised satan to expel him from it despised, driven away with heinous defeat, then make him enter hell, and it is an evil resort. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And We indeed created you, then We fashioned you, then We said to the angels: Make submission to Adam. So they submitted, except lucifer (Iblis); he was not of those who submitted.(11) He said: What hindered you that you did not submit when I commanded you? He said: I am better than he; You have created me of fire, while him You did create of dust.(12) He said: Then get forth from this (state), for it is not for you to behave proudly therein. Go forth, therefore, surely you are of the abject ones.(13) He said: Respite me till the day when they are raised.(14) He said: You are surely of the respited ones.(15) He said: As You have adjudged me to be erring, I will certainly lie in wait for them in Your straight path,(16) Then I shall certainly come upon them from before them and from behind them, and from their right and from their left; and You will not find most of them thankful.(17) He said: Get out of it, despised, driven away.[U] Whoever of them will follow you, I will certainly fill hell with you all[/U].(18) And (We said): O Adam, dwell you and your wife in the garden, so eat from whence you desire, but go not near this tree, lest you become of the unjust.(19) But the devil made an evil suggestion to them that he might make manifest to them that which had been hidden from them of their shame, and he said: Your Lord has forbidden you this tree, lest you become angels or become of the immortals.(20) And he swore to them both: Surely I am a sincere adviser to you,(21) Thus he caused them to fall by deceit. So when they had tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they both began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden. And their Lord called to them: Did I not forbid you that tree, and say to you that the devil is surely your open enemy?(22) They said: Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves; and if You do not forgive us, and have (not) mercy on us, we shall certainly be of the losers.(23) He said: Go forth — some of you, the enemies of others. And there is for you in the earth an abode and a provision for a time.(24) He said: Therein shall you live, and therein shall you die, and therefrom shall you be raised.(25)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:11-25
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُن مِّنَ السَّاجِدِينَ ﴿١١﴾ قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَلَّا تَسْجُدَ إِذْ أَمَرْتُكَ قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ ﴿١٢﴾ قَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَن تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ ﴿١٣﴾ قَالَ أَنظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ ﴿١٤﴾ قَالَ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الْمُنظَرِينَ ﴿١٥﴾ قَالَ فَبِمَا أَغْوَيْتَنِي لَأَقْعُدَنَّ لَهُمْ صِرَاطَكَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ ﴿١٦﴾ ثُمَّ لَآتِيَنَّهُم مِّن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ وَعَن شَمَائِلِهِمْ وَلَا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ ﴿١٧﴾ قَالَ اخْرُجْ مِنْهَا مَذْءُومًا مَّدْحُورًا لَّمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿١٨﴾ وَيَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ فَكُلَا مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلَا تَقْرَبَا هَٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿١٩﴾ فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِن سَوْآتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ ﴿٢٠﴾ وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ ﴿٢١﴾ فَدَلَّاهُمَا بِغُرُورٍ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَنَادَاهُمَا رَبُّهُمَا أَلَمْ أَنْهَكُمَا عَن تِلْكُمَا الشَّجَرَةِ وَأَقُل لَّكُمَا إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمَا عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿٢٢﴾ قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ ﴿٢٣﴾ قَالَ اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ ﴿٢٤﴾ قَالَ فِيهَا تَحْيَوْنَ وَفِيهَا تَمُوتُونَ وَمِنْهَا تُخْرَجُونَ ﴿٢٥﴾} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف].

Then it clears to you that the going forth from the earth to the earth, meaning; from the inside to the outside, and that is the stepping down from the blissful living to the lowest of living, and in reality is the getting out of the earthly-garden to where you are in facing difficulties ,striving in pain and misery of hardship, that’s because Allah respited (Iblis) lucifer in this garden according to his request from a way of defiance that if Allah would respite him in order he would seduce Adam and his wife, so he makes them to obey the command of (Iblis) lucifer and disobey the command of their Lord, then Allah answered the request of (Iblis) lucifer, then Allah warned Adam and his wife from (Iblis) lucifer so he does not get them out from glory to misery, and for that Allah the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{And certainly We gave a commandment to Adam before, but he forgot; and We found in him no resolve (to disobey).(115) And when We said to the angels: Be submissive to Adam, they submitted except (Iblis) lucifer; he refused.(116) [U]We said: O Adam, this is an enemy to you and to your wife; so let him not drive you both out of the garden so that you are unhappy[/U].(117) Surely it is granted to you therein that you are not hungry, nor naked,(118) And that you are not thirsty therein, nor exposed to the sun’s heat.(119) But satan made an evil suggestion to him; he said: O Adam, shall I lead you to the tree of immortality and a kingdom which decays not?(120) So they both ate of it, then their evil inclinations became manifest to them, and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden. [COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَقَدْ عَهِدْنَا إِلَىٰ آدَمَ مِن قَبْلُ فَنَسِيَ وَلَمْ نَجِدْ لَهُ عَزْمًا ﴿١١٥﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ ﴿١١٦﴾ فَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ إِنَّ هَٰذَا عَدُوٌّ لَّكَ وَلِزَوْجِكَ فَلَا يُخْرِجَنَّكُمَا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَتَشْقَىٰ ﴿١١٧﴾ إِنَّ لَكَ أَلَّا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَعْرَىٰ ﴿١١٨﴾ وَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضْحَىٰ ﴿١١٩﴾ فَوَسْوَسَ إِلَيْهِ الشَّيْطَانُ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ الْخُلْدِ وَمُلْكٍ لَّا يَبْلَىٰ ﴿١٢٠﴾ فَأَكَلَا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَىٰ آدَمُ ربّه فَغَوَىٰ ﴿١٢١﴾} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [طه].

O community of Muslims and the people altogether, that is satan himself, he is the deceptive messiah (Al-Dajjal) antichrist, and he is still in Allah’s garden in the land beneath the soil, and that is the garden of sedition wherein the deceptive messiah (antichrist) wants to seduce you with it but Allah promised you with it in the worldly-life before the heavenly-garden of the hereafter, so He certainly make you live a good life in a land you have not stepped on it yet, so Allah makes to inherit their land and their homes in the worldly-life. A fulfillment to Allah’s promise to the Muslims in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And He made you heirs to their land and their dwellings and their property, and (to) a land which you have not stepped on it yet..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:27
[COLOR="#008000"] {وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَارَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ وَأَرْضًا لَّمْ تَطَئُوهَا}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:27].

That land is [U]the land which a Muslim’s foot did not step on it yet from the nation of Mohammad prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family[/U], so if you obeyed satan and disobeyed Allah’s khalifa the Imam Mahdi; then it is gone from you, surely satan does not promise you but only to deceive, so if you obeyed the deceptive messiah who is satan himself, surely you will never attain it, and it had been in the hand (under control) of Adam and his wife until they disobeyed the command of their Lord and believed satan, the got out of what they were in it from glory, and as that you for if you disobeyed Allah’s command and believed the outcast satan, surely let not satan seduce you with it as he caused your parents to get out (of it), indeed Allah had warned you from his sedition. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{O children of Adam, let not satan seduce you, as he expelled your parents from the garden, pulling off from them their clothing that he might show them their shame. He surely sees you, he as well as his host, from whence you see them not. Surely We have made the devils to be the friends of those who believe not.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Aaraf] 7:27. And Allah’s messenger Mohammad has taught you about the day of this land that he occupies it, and Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- said that the day of the deceptive (Al-Dajjal) is as a year of your years, and said prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him: [COLOR=#800000][His day is as a year][/COLOR] meaning, his day is as a year of your years.
[COLOR="#008000"] {يَا بَنِي آدَمَ لا يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ كَمَا أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُمْ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَنزِعُ عَنْهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوْآتِهِمَا إِنَّهُ يَرَاكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لا تَرَوْنَهُمْ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ لِلَّذِينَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف:27]
[COLOR="#800000"] [يومه كسنة][/COLOR]

O people, I only speak to you with the True knowledge that you will find it True upon the actual reality while you are still in the worldly-life, and i do not follow fiction that does not accept it the mind nor logic, and we had explained to you the garden of seduction that was the reason of seducing Adam so he coveted eagerly on it and on remaining in it, but satan only scared him that Allah did not forbid him from that tree in order both not to be abide angles in that bliss that they are in it, and longing for that both ate from the tree, so let not satan seduce you as he expelled your parents from the earthly-garden, surely I am faithful adviser to you, [U]and this garden is beneath the soil[/U] and it is for Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and whatever is between them [U]and whatever is beneath the soil[/U].}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [T.H.] 20:6
[COLOR="#008000"] {لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَافِي الأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمَا تَحْتَ الثَّرَى}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم[طه:6].

And for it is two eastes from two facing sides, and it the land of the two easts (two sun rises) they are the same two wests of it (two sun sets), and the Lord of it is Allah and not His enemy and your enemy the deceptive messiah (al-Dajjal) antichrist. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{Lord of the two Easts, and Lord of the two Wests.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Rhamãn] 55:17
[COLOR="#008000"] {رَبُّ المَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ المَغْرِبَيْنِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الرحمن:17].

In the meaning of that it has two gates one of them in the extremities of the earth’s southern (pole), and the other in the remote extremities of the earth’s northern (pole), and the greatest farthest distance between two points in this earth is in between these two gates. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{Until when he comes to Us, he says: O would that between me and you there were the distance of the two Easts and the two Wests! so evil is the associate!}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zukhruf] 43:38
[COLOR="#008000"] {حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءنَا قَالَ يَا لَيْتَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ بُعْدَ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ فَبِئْسَ الْقَرِينُ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الزخرف:38].

That’s because the farthest distance between two points in this land is between the two points of the two easts because both in two eastes from two facing sides and the sun rise on it from the south gate so the sun rays penetrates this spread land until its rays exit from the north gate because this land is a leveled terrain, Allah had spread it smoothly and furnished it with greenery so He spread it smoothly and you would you see it exposed and has no hidden curves, in fact it is exposed and leveled, Allah spread it with vegetation and spread it smoothly. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and We are Makers of the vast extent.(47) [U]And the land, We have spread it out[/U]. How well We prepared it!}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Dhãreyãt] 51:47-48
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَالسَّمَاء بَنَيْنَاهَا بِأَيْدٍ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ (47)وَالْأَرْضَ فَرَشْنَاهَا فَنِعْمَ الْمَاهِدُونَ(48)} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الذاريات].

In the meaning of: That He made it apparent spread out plain, if one of you was at one of its gates he will see the sun in the sky facing its other gate, and that is the description of its terrain. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And the earth, We have spread it out. How well We prepared it!}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great. That is the land Allah placed it for comfort, in it fruits and palms with hanging clusters and grain with husk and plants with fragrance. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And the earth, He has set it for comfort;(10) Therein is fruit and palms having sheathéd clusters,(11) And the grain with (its) husk and fragrance.(12) Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you (both) deny?(13)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Rahmãn] 55:10-13
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَالْأَرْضَ فَرَشْنَاهَا فَنِعْمَ الْمَاهِدُونَ}
{وَالْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ (10) فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَالنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ الْأَكْمَامِ (11) وَالْحَبُّ ذُو الْعَصْفِ وَالرَّيْحَانُ (12) فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ(13)}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الرحمن].

And I remind you with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you (both) deny?}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great, surely it is the land that you did not step on it; a tunnel in the earth in front of you between your hands from Allah’s signs of ratification to this grand Quran who you took it as a forsaken thing, so which of the bounties of your Lord that you (both) deny O community of disbelievers from mankind and jinn? And the Most High said: [COLOR=#008000]{..So remember the bounties of Allah, that you may be successful.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:69
[COLOR="#008000"]{فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ}
{اذْكُرُوا آلَاءَ اللَّـهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴿٦٩﴾} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف].

And if I appeared them will I say to them words other than this so the would believe me? And what is the difference between my appearing as long they did not believe in the Truth between their hands, and it is not written on my forehead the Awaited Imam Mahdi, I am only a human like you teaching you the True explanatory-statement for the Quran so I devise it from the Quran itself, or that you did not believe in a land which is a tunnel in the earth you did not step on it O community of Muslims; and in it from Allah’s signs? Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{..if you could to seek a tunnel in the earth}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:35
[COLOR="#008000"]{فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَن تَبْتَغِيَ نَفَقًا فِي الْأَرْضِ}[/COLOR] [الأنعام:35].

And I want to invade it, surely we do not wait until (antichrist) the deceiving messiah to invade us fearing that he makes the people a one nation upon disbelief, considering the charm of the kingdom which he expelled you from it, and we are dominant over them. And Allah wants to make you a one nation upon the Truth, and if (antichrist) the deceiving messiah calls you to disbelieve in Allah — O community of this nation — you would have followed him due to the charm of the kingship which is in this earth, indeed it is the beauties of this world’s life and its adornment, and satan does not want any to enter it except who disbelieved in Allah and followed him and disobeyed the Awaited Imam Mahdi. I swear by the Lord of might and glory indeed, I will expel him from it by the power of Allah driven away despised, rejected him and all of his armies whose he preparing from the human offspring from Jews their human fathers and their female mother are from satanic jinn so they mate with them from those who changed the creation of Allah, so they give birth at the antichrist the outcast satan, surely we are dominant over them with the will of Allah the All Mighty, the Wise, then Allah will make me inherit and those who are with me their land, their dwellings, and their wealth in a land that you did not step on it yet. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And He made you heirs to their land and their dwellings and their property, and (to) a land which you have not yet trodden. And Allah is ever Possessor of power over all things.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:27
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَارَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ وَأَرْضاً لَّمْ تَطَؤُوهَا وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيراً} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:27].

And Allah is ever Possessor of power over all things.}[/COLOR] surely He means the Imam Mahdi and his party whom they are themselves party of Mohammad the messenger of Allah forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family, and all of us are party of Allah, indeed the party of Allah, they shall triumph. And He make us heirs of that land's kingdom from homes, wealth, it is the land which Allah promised you with it and did not step on it a foot of a Muslim from the illiterates yet, and that is the garden of tryout, its castles of silver and the doors of it castles are from gold, and decorative ornaments, and stairs by which they ascend. Took authority over it antichrist (Al-Maseeh Al-Dajjal) the deceiving messiah who call the people to disbelieving in Allah The Truth, and he claims Godhood without right, and he promises the unbelievers with a call of truth with these homes which its ceilings are of silver and its doors of gold, and he wants to make the people a one nation upon disbelief and what satan promises them only to deceive, and that is the True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And were it not that all people would become one (disbelieving) community, We would provide for those who disbelieve in the All Merciful, roofs of silver for their houses and stairs (of silver) by which they ascend,(33) And (of silver) the doors of their houses and the couches on which they recline,(34) And of gold. And all this is not but a provision of this world’s life; and the Hereafter is with thy Lord only for the dutiful.(35)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zukhruf] 43:33-35

And had it not been for the grace of Allah and His mercy on you O community of Muslims in sending the Awaited Mahdi with the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran, you would have followed satan with the people except for few, that’s because satan is the deceptive messiah (antichrist) himself who wants to make the people a one disbelieving nation, So Allah sent me an opposite to him so I make the people with Allah’s permission a one nation upon guidance on the straight path. Allah will summon to His servant His soldiers from the mosquito and anything above that; it would not increase the Muslims of today except disbelief and denial to the Truth due to changing the law of signs of ratification in the Book, and they forged lies against Allah that He supports the call of falsehood with signs of ratification from Him as their saying that Allah supports the deceptive messiah (antichrist) with signs from, Him glory be to Him. How (Allah) would support falsehood with signs of ratification? Don’t you understand? So if Allah supports the Imam Mahdi with His soldiers from the mosquito and anything above that of Allah’s creation in the heavens and in the earth against the deceptive messiah (antichrist) and his armies, it is then the Muslims would have said: “Surely this Imam Mahdi who Allah is supporting him with these entire signs therefore he is the liar messiah (antichrist)”! Despite that I never claim godhood, and I seek refuge in Allah.. but they never look at my True call in fact they will look at the many signs of ratification from the heavens and the earth, so Allah summons against them soldiers of the Awaited Mahdi from all regions of the heavens and the earth, it is then they would have said: “Surely this Imam Mahdi who Allah is supporting him with all these signs; therefore, he is the deceptive messiah (antichrist) who warned us from him Mohammad messenger of Allah and told us that Allah will give him the kingship of everything”. Therefore the signs of ratification would never increase you except disbelief O community of today’s Muslims. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR=#008000]{And even if We send down to them the angels and the dead speak to them and We summon against them everything in front (of them), they would not believe unless Allah please, but most of them are ignorant.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:111
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَوْ أَنَّنَا نَزَّلْنَا إِلَيْهِمُ الْمَلائِكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ الْمَوْتَى وَحَشَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ قُبُلًا مَا كَانُوا لِيُؤْمِنُوا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُونَ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:111].

The reason is that you changed the True law in the Book and you believed the forged falsehood, and I swear by the Truth and the Truth I say; indeed who believe that Allah supports the falsehood with His signs they the most disbelieving in the Truth in the Book; in fact the disbelievers of the first nations have more sense than them even pharaoh has more sense than the Muslim who believe that Allah supports with His signs ratification to the falsehood; in fact pharaoh has more sense than him because he knows that only signs of ratification supports with it the True Lord to His loyal-friends (righteous ones) ratifying to their call if they were upon the Truth, so look at the response of pharaoh to Allah’s messenger Moses who calls him to the Lord of the worlds: [COLOR=#008000]{Pharaoh said: And what is the Lord of the worlds?(23) He said: The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, if you would be sure.(24) (Pharaoh) said to those around him: Do you not hear?(25) He said: Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of old.(26) (Pharaoh) said: Surely your messenger, who is sent to you, is mad.(27) He said: The Lord of the East and the West and what is between them, if you have any sense.(28) (Pharaoh) said: If you take a god besides me, I will certainly put you in prison.(29) He said: Even if I show you something obvious?(30) (Pharaoh) said: Show it, then, if you are of the truthful.(31) So he cast down his rod, and lo! it was an obvious serpent;(32) And he drew forth his hand, and lo! it appeared white to the beholders.(33)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Shu`arã´ã] 26:23-33

So look at the reply of pharaoh to Moses: [COLOR=#008000]{He said: Even if I show you something obvious?(30) (Pharaoh) said: Show it, then, if you are of the truthful.(31)}[/COLOR], and for that pharaoh ruled for if (Moses came with a sign of ratification from his Lord Who sent him with the Truth so he became of the truthful ones, for that it was the reply of pharaoh to Moses; in fact he made it an advanced judgement between them with the Truth before Moses show him: [COLOR=#008000]{He said: Even if I show you something obvious?(30) (Pharaoh) said: Show it, then, if you are of the truthful.(31)}[/COLOR]. As for you O community of Muslims who you believe that Allah supports with His signs ratifying to the call of falsehood, as well ratifying to the call of the Truth; surely those — cattle have more sense than them — in fact they are farther astray from the path. Verily I have shattered this doctrine that denies their belief in their Lord so they disbelieved in all of His signs (miracles) which none else brings it and He neither aids with it the call of falsehood nor He aids with it except who calls to the Truth verily Allah ratifies him with a sign (miracle) from Him
[COLOR="#008000"] {قال أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ بِشَيْءٍ مُّبِينٍ (30) قَالَ فَأْتِ بِهِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ (31)}[/COLOR]

But Muslims of today, have changed the law of the True doctrine and followed the Jewish narratives of sedition after their belief to disbelievers except on whom of the Muslims my Lord has mercy that his heart and his mind refused to believe that Allah aids the deceptive messiah (antichrist Al-Dajjal) with signs of ratification (miracles) to the call of falsehood although he claims divinity and that he who created the heavens and the earth and says: “O sky, rain” then it rains, and “O earth, grow-forth (plants), so it would grow. then he would make the earth garden! Allah’s curse be on you! How you are turned away! Furthermore he cuts a man into two halves so he would pass between the two parts, they he returns his soul after the death and proved that he originates and restores back! But Allah said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Say: The Truth has come, [U]and falsehood neither originates, nor restores back[/U].}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Sabaã´] 34:49
[COLOR="#008000"] {قُلْ جَاء الحقّ وَمَا يُبْدِئُ الْبَاطِلُ وَمَا يُعِيدُ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [سبأ:49].

So how can you follow a narrative that violates the whole decisive verses in the grand Quran in the issue of resurrection? And Allah challenges the falsehood to restore the soul to the body of the dead — besides Him. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Why is it not then that when it comes up to the throat,(83) And you at that time look on;(84) And We are nearer to it than you, but you see not;(85) Why then, if you are not held under authority (subject to reckoning),(86) Then restore it back, if you are truthful?(87)}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Wãqe`ah] 56:83-87
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَلَوْلَا إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْحُلْقُومَ ﴿٨٣﴾وَأَنتُمْ حِينَئِذٍ تَنظُرُونَ ﴿٨٤﴾وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنكُمْ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا تُبْصِرُونَ﴿٨٥﴾فَلَوْلَا إِن كُنتُمْ غَيْرَ مَدِينِينَ ﴿٨٦﴾تَرْجِعُونَهَا إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٨٧﴾}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الواقعة].

Then you want the falsehood (satan) to prove his false call without Truth that he restores the soul to the body, don’t you see that you disbelieved in the decisive grand Quran and I do not say the allegorical-similar; in fact you disbelieved in the decisive verses (the basis) mother of the Book. Didn’t Allah say to you that the falsehood can not prove his call even by creating a one fly? But you been deceived by a forged lie the bigger than this; in fact (you claim) he created the heavens and the earth then he proves his call upon the actual reality although he claims divinity so he would say: O sky, rain” then it rains, and “O earth, grow-forth (plants), so it would grow. Isn’t that opposing to the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{This is Allah’s creation; now show Me that which those besides Him have created..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Luqmãn] 31:11. Than the deceptive messiah (Al-Dajjal antichrist satan) say that he who created the heavens and earth then brings the proof and say: “O sky, rain” then it rains, and “O earth, grow-forth (plants), so it would grow! Indeed Allah’s curse upon the forgers a great curse, and whoever believed their forgery consequently he has belied the decisive of what Allah sent down in the grand Quran; in fact Allah is challenging a weight of an atom in the heaven or in the earth to obey the falsehood because falsehood did not create a weight of an atom neither in the heavens nor in the earth. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Say: Call upon those whom you assert besides Allah; they control not the weight of an atom in the heavens or in the earth, nor have they any partnership in either, nor has He a helper among them.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Sabaã´] 34:22
[COLOR="#008000"] {هَـٰذَا خَلْقُ اللَّـهِ فَأَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقَ الَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ}[/COLOR] [لقمان:11]
[COLOR="#008000"]{قُلِ ادْعُوا الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِ اللهِ لاَ يَمْلِكُونَ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلاَ فِي الأَرْضِ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِيهِمَا مِن شِرْكٍ وَمَا لَهُ مِنْهُمْ مِنْ ظَهِيرٍ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [سبأ:22].

Don’t you see — O community of whom they believe that Allah aids the falsehood (satan) with his signs — that you have disbelieved in the decisive grand Quran? And announce to you a grievous chastisement unless you disbelieve in the forged falsehood then you follow the Truth.

But I clarified to you that the garden of sedition is not as you believe, in fact it is a garden for Allah that Allah created it (underground) beneath the soil in the interior of your earth in the land of the two easts and its Lord is Allah Lord of the land of the two easts and not the deceptive messiah (antichrist satan; Al-Dajjal); he only took mastery over it and he wants to seduce you with it with a condition of disbelief that you disbelieve in the call of the Imam Mahdi the grace of Allah over you and His mercy,; in fact were it not for the Imam Mahdi whom Allah sent him as a mercy for the Muslims it is then the whole Muslims would have followed the deceptive messiah (Al-Dajjal, satan antichrist) then the people would follow them, you have disbelieved in the Truth with which Allah aids all His soldiers in the kingdom of all things, and for that I do not hope from Allah the signs of ratification (miracles) now because I have knew that it would never increase you but disbelief — O community of Muslims whom they changed the law of Allah’s signs in the Book and you claimed the He aids with it the falsehood (satan)! But I do not know a thing of that in the Book and I did not find a thing of that in the law; in fact the complete opposite and it is that [U]aids with His signs ratification for those who call to the Truth as the call of Allah’s messenger Moses so he revived a dead man as a sign of ratification to calls to it Moses -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family[/U]. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{So We said: Smite him with it partially. Thus Allah brings the dead to life, and He shows you His signs that you may understand.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:73
[COLOR="#008000"] {فَقُلْنَا اضْرِبُوهُ بِبَعْضِهَا كَذَلِكَ يُحْيِ اللَّهُ الْمَوْتَى وَيُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:73].

But today’s Muslims have turned off what came in the decisive grand Quran and they followed the forged narrations and narratives against Allah and His messengers by the people of the Book of the Jews so they turned them back disbelievers after their belief even in the decisive grand Quran so they turned away from its decisive verses from (the basis) mother of the Book, and they deviated so Allah deviated from it their hearts from the Truth. And here he is Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni speaks to you with the decisive grand Quran lo and behold the do not lend him any care, verily there is no good in them nor in whoever followed them. How can they turn away even from the decisive grand Quran then they are not certain that the Jews have lead them astray from the straight path? [U]I swear by Allah, if the Muslims are still upon the guidance would not have come the decree of my era and my appearing, surely the destiny of the Awaited Mahdi would not have come only (because) the Jews have mislead the Muslims from the straight path then he returns them back to the Truth, and for that He is called (Al-Mahdi) which means the caller to the Truth so he would call to it[/U]

Four years have passed for me and the Muslims are still in their doubt hesitating until they see the planet of the painful chastisement, and even if I brought the trellion proof from the Quran for one subject I could not be able to convince a people as cattle in fact the are more astray on path except on whom my Lord have mercy and followed the Truth and used his mind so would not be foolish does not reflect a thing, and if he is no certain and fears that Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni is True (the Awaited Mahdi) while he is turning away from the Truth then he would cry-out and say: “O community of the Muslims, there is a man on the worldwide internet and he says that he is the Awaited Imam Mahdi and made for him an international dialogue table called[COLOR="#B22222"] Website of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni[/COLOR] and he made it a site allows all humanity for the dialogue, so if he is an insolent liar and not the Awaited Mahdi; then you should bridle him with the grand Quran and silence his tongue and defeat him in middle of his home so he shuts it down then turns his back leaving and does not come back if he is an insolent liar and not the Imam Mahdi, and if is the Imam Mahdi then definitely Allah is with him and by no means and could never be able to bridle him with knowledge better guided than his knowledge on path”.

As that that should be the Imam Mahdi (guiding) to the Truth; in fact he is Allah’s grace over you and His mercy and were it not for him —with Allah’s permission— verily satan would have seduced you — O community of Muslims — except a few of whom they believed me, and I do not see them except few, and the Imam Mahdi who deduces for you from the Quran the True laws which you violated it to the falsehood, and I clarify the Quran by the Quran and I explain it in details; that is the Imam Mahdi from those in authority among you of whom Allah commanded you in obeying them after Allah and His messenger, and He increased them abundantly in knowledge of the Book over you to deduce for you the True just-laws in what in what you differed therein. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{..And if they had referred it to the messenger and to those in authority among them, those of them who deduce (withdraw knowledge) from it — would have known it. And were it not for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would certainly have followed satan except a few.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:83. [U]That’s because the Imam Mahdi is of those in authority among you of whom Allah commanded you in obeying them after Allah and His messenger so he increased to them abundantly in knowledge, veril Allah He grants His kingdom to whom He pleases and Allah is Ample in giving. All knowing[/U].
[COLOR="#008000"]{وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُم لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لاَتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [النساء:83]

I thank Husain Abu Reem a big thanks and I enjoin the people good to them and as well precede to us before him Al-Husain son of Omar the designer of all site of the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, as that the loyal honorable and warm friend Mohammad Al-Hajj Al-Yemeni from whom Allah strengthened me by them and made them partners in my task and made them of my honorable ministers, I swear by Lord of the worlds I will honor them over the heads of the Humans from the nation of the Awaited Mahdi, is the reward of good is not but the good? They believed and supported, and I add to them the fourth among them (Hamedy) what an excellent man the seer (of the sure knowledge) who possess an enlightened heart, Allah made for him a distinction to discern with it (in order to) differentiate between of the Truth and falsehood, thus who came after them, verily they are not equal in likeness whom they believed and were certain in the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran and they strengthened me and obeyed my command.

Likewise, I thank all the best supporters the cream a the corp of humanity and the best of creatures whom they believed in the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran verbally also in deed, and they did not say in the era of interpretation as what they said whom they disbelieved in the era of sending down the revelation: [COLOR="#008000"]{..O our Allah, if this is indeed the truth from You, then rain down on us stones from the sky..}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfãl] 8:32, so their hearts got similar with them from this nation who are waiting for the ratification until they see the rain of stones from the planet of the painful chastisement. What is the difference between them and those who said: [COLOR="#008000"]{..O our Allah, if this is indeed the truth from You, then rain down on us stones from the sky or inflict on us a painful chastisement}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfãl] 8:32. I see many of the Muslims have made the ratification in the True explanatory-statement for the Quran to wait until they see whether truly the planet of chastisement will come and it would rain on earth stones of fire and then they bear witness in the Truth!.

Then I reply to him and I say: No, the disbelief in the Awaited Mahdi is not the problem [U]but the disaster over you id the disbelief in the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran which you see it True upon the actual reality[/U] then you turn away from the Truth, evil is that which your belief in the grand Quran bids you to turn away from the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran.

O community of the best foremost supporters, be witnesses with Truth, does Allah make the Imam Mahdi coward as like many of your scholars writes whatever he wishes on his website then he does not allow the people to enter his website to respond to him because he fears to scold him in the middle of his home, but I call on Allah also all the best foremost supporters to bear witness and Allah is sufficient as a Witness that I made my website (the site of the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni) the dialogue table to all humanity the scholar among them and the ignorant, the Jewish, Christian, Muslim and the atheist of them, and I challenge them altogether with the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran from the earliest of their forefather, and I swear by Allah the One, the Supreme, that you can not bring an explanatory-statement for the Quran better than the explanatory-statement of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni and fitter explanation even if you lived the age of those who argued with Allah’s prophet Noah in the True call a thousand year save fifty years.

O folks, only the proof of leadership for those in authority from among you if they been found, is that Allah increases them abundantly in knowledge over you, thus the Imam Mahdi if came his era and the decree of his appearing surely you will find him that he is truly more knowledgeable than in Allah’s Book Lord of the worlds, so you would not argue with him from the grand Quran but he overpowered you, so if brought a verse that you want to argue with him by it in some subject but you would find him he brought the True explanatory-statement for it and he explained it with Truth in details, verily Allah as well made it a new proof for the True call, and whoever denied did try and had dialogue from the Book. As for the narratives surely it is many and whatever of it was true surely it will concur with the True explanatory-statement, and whatever was false verily it differs with the True explanatory-statement.

Of for my wonder from you when you did know why the liar messiah is called the (liar messiah) and what is the difference between the True Messiah and the liar messiah! So some of you who forged and said: he only is called the liar messiah because His eye is wiped-flat, and other said: No no; in fact he is called the mashaikh and not the messiah, and you bring nonsense and miraculous narratives Allah did not send and authority for them, but who knows the Truth has taught the difference between the True Messiah and the liar messiah (antichrist the liar), so in spite that both will come the two, one of them say that he is the Messiah Jesus son of Marry a servant of Allah and His messenger, while the other says that he is the Messiah Jesus son of Mary and says that he is Allah, that is in order the polytheists of the Christians would increase disbelief to their disbelief from those who exaggerated in the Messiah Jesus son of Mary unjustly without right and they said; And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Certainly they disbelieve who say: Allah is the third of the three. And there is no God but One God. And if they desist not from what they say, a painful chastisement will surely befall such of them as disbelieve.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mã´edah] 5:73
[COLOR="#008000"]{لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَقَالَ الْمَسِيحُ يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ مَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَأْوَاهُ النَّارُ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [المائدة:73].

Therefore, the Messiah Jesus son of Mary who will say he is Allah verily he is a liar and no the True Messiah Jesus son of Mary. for that he is called the liar messiah which means that he is not the Messiah Jesus son of Mary who does not claim the divinity and call the people to worship Allah, Him Alone no partner for Him. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Certainly they disbelieve who say: Allah, He is the Messiah, son of Mary. And the Messiah said: O Children of Israel, serve Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Surely whoever associates (others) with Allah, Allah has forbidden to him the Garden and his abode is the Fire. And for the wrongdoers there will be no helpers.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mã´edah] 5:72. That is the True Messiah Jesus son of Mary -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family and salute him with best many salutations and upon his mother the women of truth the saint virtuous and blessed, and I call on Allah to bear witness that I am of the supporters of the Messiah Jesus son of Mary -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family and salute much goodly salutation, and I call on Allah to bear witness that I am of supporters of Moses messenger of Allah and the spoken to Him -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family and salute a much goodly salutation, and I call on Allah to bear witness that I am of supporters of Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family and upon his brother Aaron and their families a much goodly salutation, and I call on Allah to bear witness that I am of supporters of Noah and all the prophets and messenger, I do not separate between anyone of His messengers and I am of the Muslims.

O community of the male and female Muslims youths, I see some of you blames the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni for the length of his statements, then I reply to him: is it if you I gifted you a book written on it the eternal love of Qais and Laila you would have read it from cover to cover, or the myth of Al-Zair Salem Abu Laila Al-Muhalhil or the legend of A`nter bin Shaddad who overpower twenty thousands fighter while he is alone with a sword! While the believer the striving in the path of Allah Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- and whoever with him we do not find him overpower ten horsemen with Allah’s permission. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{O Prophet, urge the believers to fight. If there be of you twenty steadfast, they shall overcome two hundred; and if there be of you a hundred, they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they are a people who do not understand.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfãl] 8:65
[COLOR="#008000"] {يَا أَيُّهَا النّبيّ حَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَى الْقِتَالِ إِن يَكُن مِّنكُمْ عِشْرُونَ صَابِرُونَ يَغْلِبُواْ مِئَتَيْنِ وَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُم مِّئَةٌ يَغْلِبُواْ أَلْفاً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لاَّ يَفْقَهُونَ} [/COLOR]صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال].

Then Allah knew that among the believers a weakness of certainty when how one sword-man can overpower ten with their swords like him and this requires patience and steadfastness and certainty from the believer that with Allah’s permission definitely he will overpower with his sword ten competitors together with swords. But Allah knew that among them weakness in the certainty with that so He lightened their burden from ten to two. And Allah the Most High said: [COLOR="#008000"]{Now Allah has lightened your burden and He knows that there is weakness in you. So if there be of you a hundred steadfast, they shall overcome two hundred; and if there be of you a thousand, they shall overcome two thousand by Allah’s permission. And Allah is with the steadfast.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfãl] 8:66
[COLOR="#008000"] {الآنَ خَفَّفَ اللّهُ عَنكُمْ وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ فِيكُمْ ضَعْفاً فَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُم مِّئَةٌ صَابِرَةٌ يَغْلِبُواْ مِئَتَيْنِ وَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُمْ أَلْفٌ يَغْلِبُواْ أَلْفَيْنِ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال:66].

But I remember that I read a story of A`nter and A`bla since along time ago, and I found him overpower twenty thousands so I get astonished from that narration! And how can you believe the books with these fictitious texts that the mind of a sane human being does not accept it! And from that day I abandoned reading the books and knew that in it many lies except few of it, so the trust of they write was snatched, and for that I did not busy myself with the books and I said in that case I busy myself in pondering and reflecting in the most truthful of all Books is Allah’s Book Lord of the worlds, so my Lord taught me the Truth and I challenge all scholars of humanity upon their various fields of science which the grand Quran spoke about it about the creation of the heavens and the earth and themselves and of the earth grows of it from what they do not know, but I see many scholars of the nation have major library in his house showing off boasting with it in front of his guests and visitors to his home, and it all right if it has a library but my question is: will that library leave for him time to ponder over Allah’s book the grand Quran? In fact the book will take all his time, and in the book many lies and exaggeration without right, so take the beneficial from it and leave the nonsense that your minds do not accept it, if you do use your minds to understand, and make it a voluntary gift after the book of the obligatory the grand Quran, but you made it a secondary Book you are about do not read a thing of it and if you read it so you pass over it without pondering and reflecting in Allah’s messages as Allah commanded you in pondering over Allah’s words in the Book in the word of Allah the Most High: [COLOR="#008000"]{(This is) a Book that We have revealed to you abounding in good, that they may ponder over its messages, and that those who possess understanding-mind verily to put that in mind.}[/COLOR]Truthful Allah the Great [S] 38:29
[COLOR="#008000"]{كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُوا الْأَلْبَابِ}[/COLOR] صدق الله العظيم [ص:29].
